Crossword Puzzle of the Gods

I don't have much to explain. Just follow the link below and be amazed.

~Crossword of the Day~

What can it be?

I bet you'll be working on that one for a while, if you choose to. It has a whopping amount of 160 questions. If you have a phobia of crosswords, then too bad for you.

And by the way, you can now get to Buddy Foote's Blog v.2 by simply typing in 'buddyfoote.com'. Yes! Woot! We got our own domain name! Party!

Have a good one.

Change of Plans

I had a revelation. Actually, more of a breakdown, if you will. :P Yesterday evening I went practice driving for a good chunk of time. It went as well as my previous times, until we were heading home. :P Now that I think of it, maybe even while I was 'practice driving' I felt as though as I was holding something back inside of me, and I guess I was.

I turned sixteen back in January and haven't gotten my permit yet, but like I said in a blog about two entries ago, I had come to this 'plan' that I'd definately go before school started again and then I'd do this, followed by this etc which would in turn kick-start my driving priviledge. The one and only reason I was going to do that was because I figured I 'should' start learning how to drive a good amount of time before I go off to college by myself where I wouldn't want driving to be on the list of my worries. I did not want to drive, so that was pretty much my only reason for considering it. :P Yeah, maybe you are super eager to drive and will start the day you turn 16, or maybe you find it incredibly easy, but guess what, I don't, and I have come to the conclusion that I am simply not ready..

On our way home from the parking lot I was practicing in, I'm not sure what 'set me off', but I found myself crying, tears just started to fall from my eyes and I couldn't help it so I just let them flow. It was pretty sad looking back, but I suppose there was a reason for it. The car was pulled over even, and I was asked what is wrong? what is wrong? and I just kept crying, until finally within tear-choked gasps I nodded that it's just because I am so very scared to start driving, it frustrates me more than anything else, I do not want to learn how, and I just kept repeating that I don't like driving, I do not like anything about it, and I wish I never ever have to do this. The thing is, that is truthfully how I feel. I'm scared to death because I feel like it could almost be called a guaranteed death sentence. I also dislike all the stuff there is to learn about it. I mean, the side mirrors are misleading beyond control and it all makes no sense to me. I cannot judge distance for the life of me, numbers aren't my strong point let alone can I measure distance with my eyes, and I lack common sense. I am sure this will all come with practice as I learn, but I simply don't want to learn how. Really and sincerely, I have no care in this world at this moment to learn anything about how to drive. I just don't care about it now. =( I don't even have a reason or a need to drive. My parents don't mind taking me when I have to go places. I just wish sometimes I could walk everywhere or ride my bike. :P I really don't know where this emotion came from, but it hit me hard in the car ride home, and it made me realize that I don't have to be in a rush to do something I don't want to do yet, or something that makes me so scared. =/

Therefore, after taking a day to think about it a lot, I decided on my own I don't want to go take my permit test and start learning how to drive until next summer. I'm going to wait another year. Frankly, there is no need to rush, and I'd still have plenty of time to learn before college. That way, I can learn 11th grade schoolwork this year and focus on that and my SATs rather than driving which would only be a distraction and what I feel as too much to handle. =/ I've always been behind my peers doing everything else, so I guess this just goes to show I'll still be the same. :P Seriously, I am the opposite of what the stereotype of a sixteen year old girl should be. I'm not ready to drive, not ready to have a job, not ready for a boyfriend, not ready for college, not ready for growing up is more like it. :P I think it's in my natural character to have to get over my fear of doing something first and waiting until I am personally ready to try something new. I remember I still had training wheels on my bike a little longer than most kids because I was scared to learn how to balance myself. I remember my dad just let go of holding onto the bike without me knowing and I was riding the bike myself the whole time. Now it's been years of getting used to riding a bike, and look at me now, I love my bicycle and ride it as often as I can. Another example was with swimming. I learned again, later than most kids, how to swim on my own. I remember crying in the pool when I was like nine years old because I was scared my head would go under and I'd drown. Today, I love swimming with a passion and have learned diving. Crazy huh? This can go to show that maybe driving will be the same way for me, considering I am a late-bloomer at life. Once I get over my initial fears and am given that little unknown push into learning how, I'll get used to it quick and really start to enjoy that responsibility. I do think I'll continue practice driving with my father once in a while though. I find learning the basics will [hopefully] help ease myself into this.

Well there, I guess you have it. Caitlin won't be thinking about her permit until next year at the least. ;P And I am perfectly comfortable with that in everyway. =)

Chilly Fears

Hm. So I am writing a quick blog entry now because I really just want too. :] I have other things I should be doing, but no, they can wait, as I am just in such a blog writing kind of mood. xD

I've just done much of the same since Wednesday. Although yesterday and today seem to be so chilly. Not cold by any means, but I think the weather has been funny. Let me tell you why. After a long cold winter, when spring and summer hits with temperatures rising in the 70s and 80s, you feel so warm inside, as though your very bones are thawing out from the icy breath of winter's past. Then your body gets adjusted to this toasty, fervid feel, and you make arrangements accordingly as to how to organize your attire to be comfy and cool [ie. shorts and tanks]. You may even have tidied your bed to hold a thin blanket instead of your winter wool quilt. See, that is similiar to the case for me. I am given a taste of the real warm weather, and snap, the next day the wind can be gusting making a chill run down my spine, and as I sit around in my summer clothes it feels so much colder than it actually is [the wind playing the largest factor I believe]. :P In reality, the temperatures have just cooled to the comfortable 60s to low 70s, which is really nice, I just think it's funny that the minute this happened after just getting used to warmer temps my brother and I closed up our windows, put on sweatshirts, and asked each other "whyyyyyy is it so freezing today!?!" :P You'd think we were discussing the latest snowstorm, haha. The good [or not so good for some] news is that as the new week approaches we'll receive our first real good heat wave with temps in the 90s baby, which means to me pool weather everyday and I can go swimming all week. ;D

Due to the so-called 'chilly' weather [haha] I have spent a whole lot of time reading the largest novel of the three I checked out of the library last week. It's called "The Truth About Forever" by Sara Dessen. I've been reading it since Tuesday or so now, and will probably finish it tomorrow. I love young adult novels like this one where it digs into personal feelings [this one being truth] and the way people's behavior affects those around them. The fact the main character in most of the books like these I check out is a teenage girl allows me to relate all the more. I am always seen with my nose in a book lately, seriously. I love reading a few pages, eating, and then say, I'll come back and read chapters worth at a time. I know some may ridicule me for being such a bookworm, but I enjoy spending some of my free time engrossed in novel after novel...so what can I say? :P I feel like I fall into the character's world, and when something sweet, sad, or happy happens to her I catch myself smiling, for example. :]

Anyways, last night I almost pulled an all-nighter. Can anyone out there beat a 9- hour straight instant message conversation? ;] I ended up crawling into bed around 4 in the morning, woke up my mother by accident -meep-, and was questioned and teased about it all day today. :P Not that it bothered me at all! ;) Hard to explain, but when business is present, it must be taken care of immediately! -nods- :]

So, I could use opinions! I was offered the option to have my website Starry Bliss hosted by the sweet Elle @ too-truthful.com. She asked me a few months back, if I'd like to be hosted when she bought her new domain, and I don't remember what I said. Then I got asked by someone else I didn't know back then too and ignored the offer since I wasn't interested at all. The thing is, my website is really nothing special, but I love working on it for some reason. I have no good visitor content like I wish I did, and my blog entries are here so that has nothing to do with it anymore. I am really considering saying yes and giving hosting a shot. I know many friends/affies who were thrilled to get hosted and it comes with some nice benefits that may actually help improve my petty site. :P For one, I'd get to learn some useful skills like ftp which I know nada on. Hmmmm. I don't know, I think I'll do it, I mean, what do I have to lose? :P Plus, it's not like it has to be permanent, and if I can learn more web related skills, and improve my website, maybe I can buy my own domain someday too if I really wanted, but I don't want one now xD.

I've been wanting to post one of the new surveys I collected for a Radically Random so here goes! Oh yes, wait, don't forget everybody please look into the author of the month poll vote. There can't be an AOTM without any votes, right? ;P

Author of the Month

As you may or may not know, BFBv.2 has been slacking when it comes to the five blog authors that compose the content of the blog. Most of the blog authors in the past months hardly contributed to the blog by not writing a few blog entries, and most of the entries you have read lately were written by Caitlin and Buddy Foote. Thus I have put together a sort of contest to motivate the other blog authors to write at the blog more often and to write good quality posts. The contest has just kicked off today. More information will be provided below:

Banner created by Caitlin.

The banner above will be rewarded to the author who won the vote for 'Author of the Month (x month). The banner will be placed underneath their picture in their short profile located on the sidebar for the following month. When the next AotM is voted for, the banner will be removed and be placed in a future AotM archive, listing past AotM's so that we will never forget their achievements. Hopefully such will motivate all blog authors to write a quantity of posts that contain great quality.

The dates where certain events pertaining to the Author of the Month contest are the following:
  • 22nd of the month -- A new poll on the sidebar located under the authors' profiles and above the sponsored ads goes into effect. The authors placed in the poll are the authors that posted that month before the 22nd. Authors who are not in the poll yet post an entry or two after the 22nd and before the first of the following month have a 50% chance of being added to the poll depending on the quality of their post(s). If such an author posts after or on the first, they cannot be added to the current poll but have a 100% of being added to the AotM poll for that following month.
  • 6th of the following month -- Based on the votes in the polls, the Author of the Month is chosen and they receive their banner, which can be referred to as a certificate. This certificate will remain under their profile picture until the 6th of the following month, where the next AotM is nominated. If the same author wins again, their certificate is replaced with the updated version, and the older certificate is dumped in the future AotM archives.
For further examples:

Caitlin and Buddy Foote are the only blog authors who wrote entries for June '07. When June 22 comes around, their names are added to the new poll. Chase chooses to post on June 27 and the post contains great quality, thus his name is added to the poll. However, Joey posts on July 2 and cannot be added to the current poll, but will be added to the July 22nd poll. Depending on the votes in the poll, the winner for June is chosen on July 6. The winner has their new shiny Author of the Month banner under their picture in their profile until August 6th, where the July AotM is chosen.

I hope that cleared up some possible confusing aspects of the contest.

Yet again, the poll is located on the left sidebar and you can vote for Author of the Month there. I ask that you scan the entries for the featured month (you can easily do so by selecting the month in the archives as they will not all be listed on the front page) and then make your choice. Please do not be discriminating in your decision -- do not vote depending on gender, who you're a friend with, etc. and if you're a blog author on the poll, please do not vote for yourself. I ask that you make your decision fairly based on only the blog entries for the featured month. Please no not get confused and look at posts in a month that do not matter to the poll.

I hope that you, the reader or fellow blog author, vote on the Author of the Month poll and may the best author for that month win. I also hope that such a contest will bring about more motivation and devotion when it comes to the completion of A+ blog entries.

Random Mumbles

You would think that an individual who recently got World of Warcraft would be crazy over the game and try out every single class on every faction on several realms but is the individual, Buddy Foote, going crazy like this? No. I only have two toons on two different servers -- Buddyfoote [Dwarf hunter][level 22](PvP) and Buddyfoote [Tauren warrior][level 6](RP). I only created my Tauren last night after I died about three or four times on my dwarf in Redridge Mountain. Cause of my death was some level 70 Horde players. I didn't want to leave the area but at the same time I didn't want to die again (I swear they had a sixth sense because wherever I went they happened to be there) so I said, "Screw this, I'm making another toon on a non-PvP server." I only leveled him to six and then I logged off for the night. I played only on my Alliance today, where the only things that I achieved were getting a few xp for level 22 and obtaining the flight path for Darkshire in Duskwood. I was actually just looking online for a free leveling guide or some guide to point me in the direction of where I have to go to effectively train, as I have no idea whatsoever as to where I should go. Redridge is okay, but the fact that I'm stuck in this little area as the outer areas have mobs of orcs, gnolls, and whatever I didn't run into yet ruins the fun for me. Duskwood creeps me out, and Ashenvale is said to be one of the most used PvP zones, so you know I may stay away from it for a while. I really don't know -- I just have this feeling that the fun that WoW overwhelmed me with is already starting to fade away. But still, Runescape isn't exactly calling to my soul any louder than it did before (if that made sense, I'm just tired and rambling on).

Craig stayed over last night. He was going at his second attempt at Fight Caves on Runescape. Sadly, after about two hours of playing in the wee hours of the morning (plus I was dead tired even after having a cup of coffee) Craig was killed during the last wave by Jad. Out of the two times that Craig did the Fight Caves, he got to Jad both times. At least that's good -- the only hard parts that he has to worry about is not having lag, switching the prayers properly, and, of course, having to get the money and the new crystal bows (he has to degrade both of his bows to purchase the new ones, thus it can take a while) every time he loses. I hope he successfully walks away with a fire cape one of these times.

Craig had to leave as soon as we woke up because I had to get ready to go get surgery. Well, it's not exactly surgery. I know what surgery is -- I have been having them about once a year since I was three to remove my birthmark which, I believe, had a chance to turn into cancer. The birthmark has been gone for a while and now they're just concerned about the scar that has been left in its wake. I just had to go into my plastic surgeon's office and get a shot in it to, I believe, flatten the scar tissue a bit. No, it was not numbed and it burnt like hell for a few. The worst surgery, which I only received once, was when they removed some scar when I was awake at the office. Of course they numbed everything then, but it was still weird as it felt like little bugs were picking at the side of your face and you can feel some warm blood running down the side and sometimes when they pulled on something it hurt a bit. Besides then, I mostly had the birthmark/scar removed at the hospital bit by bit and sometimes shots were received there too.

I'm just going to go to bed. I barely have the energy to lift up my arm to type. Expect more of these entries during the summer and maybe even afterwards. Yep, the kind of entries where there's no worth, value, meaning, or universal truth, and I'll seem like an utter idiot. I just feel better when I get some things off my chest.

Have a good one.

Summer Fun Ftw

Well hello there youngin'. Time for another entry by me, Caitlin. I've been pondering over this entry all day too so hopefully I can make it as nice as it was planned out inside my head. :P You know what I can't believe!? The fact that last Monday was only my last day of school and summer doesn't 'officially' start until tomorrow! Isn't that cool? I think so, because when I reflect back, last Monday when I went into school for that hour up until this Wednesday feels like an entire month in itself. I have done quite a few things it feels like since then, and knowing I have all this summer left looming ahead of me is stunning! x) I really must say, Summer 2007 is starting off pretty dandy but there is room for some improvement. ;] It was quite hot Monday and Tuesday so I spent my day swimming. I absolutly love to swim, seriously, I bet I could make it as a fish. :P Then today was too cool for swimming, so after catching up on a few things on the computer in the morning, I went outside the rest of the day pretty much. I couldn't have been happier this afternoon. I've gone out places, hung out with friends, swam, played outside, read, ate, and slept in all within my first week of summer. I really hope it only gets better and I continue this trend of doing things and getting out and making plans, etc. :] I'm so tan too! Tanner than I was a week ago, that's for sure. =) Gah, it's beautiful, haha. I plan on writing a list within this entry about the fun summer activities my brother and I engage in over the summer months. Particularly today we had a blast digging up old games we used to play. Who cares if we're both teenagers, that doesn't mean we can't create an outside game with a toy or two we played with as youngins'! ;P

Maybe you'll even find something interesting and try it yourself! I sure enjoy everything that comes along with summer, and having fun games to play makes it even better. What I've listed below in a fun-detailed way are games we played today or have very recently. :] Enjoy.

1. Extreme Wagoning- I put this game first because it's gotta be my favorite and it's thrilling. :P All you need is a wagon. [We have a red and white plastic one.] I have a spacious backyard with a dozen hills and my brother and I like to climb up some of the largest and most dangerous hills. Then we'll take turns sitting in the wagon while the other gives us a big push and we go flying down the hill and must steer away from holes in the ground, bushes, trees, water and the woods themselves. It's really scary the faster you go because obviously you lose control and then you can go flying into the woods, hit a tree, and fall out [or roll the rest of the way down the hill on your body]. Very fun and good exercise climbing up hills all day. :P I also thought it was funny how my mom would come outside and watch us fly down the hills and laugh when we'd tumble out. hehe ^^

2. Baseball- Traditional American game right? Right. My brother's been nagging me for a while to play a game with him, and today the weather was just right [as it gets hot out back in our field so cool days with a breeze are perfect]. I actually completed an entire game with him, and it was lots of fun! We set up our bases, and got out our bats, mitts, and ball from when we each played softball/baseball ourselves. The final score from our game today was 11-10. You can easily play this with two people; just adjust some rules =]

3. Pogo Stick- Okay, so maybe you don't have a pogo stick. :P That's alright. I'll tell you about it anyway. :P In my garage we have this metal pogo stick from the who knows whens and it's challenging to bounce on. I scratched my leg up but that's alright, you'll live. My brother and I challenge each other to see who can bounce more times each turn. I only got about 4 or 5 while he got 3 before we quit as it was just too hard. :P

4. Hula Hooping- We do more than your average hula hoop race. We roll them, run through the circle like dogs, use them like skip-its, wrist twirl 'em, and throw them back and forth. I like my hula hoop, but it's not totally Chase's thing. :P

5. Frisbee- One of the best summer games ever! Gotta admit it. Whether I play it on the beach, by the pool, or under a shady tree it's so much fun. Plus it's good when you don't want to play anything that'll make you real sweaty. :P

6. Hand Ball- Chase named this game. It involves one person holding a tennis racket on one side of a net [or line used as a net] while the other has just a tennis ball. My brother will throw the ball to me and I'll hit it back. He'll then try to catch it and we go back and forth. I really like this game actually, because I like tennis rackets and Chase just likes to fall on the ground when he can't catch a ball, so it all works out. :P

7. Horseshoes- Very recently a real genuine bag of horeshoes were bought, with the real heavy horsehoes and pole sticks. I tried our new game for the first time today and it was very hard for Chase and myself. I can throw the horseshoe but it's heavy and doesn't make it that far. I guess this game is good if you are strong and know all the rules. :P

8. Fishing- Tomorrow my brother and I have plans to go fish down in our pond and stream. That's a good&calm summer activity anyone can take part in. :]

9. Police- Since my brother and I both have bikes, we created a game where we pretend to be police officers on bikes who must capture the criminals. We take turns chasing each other on our bikes and the arresting part is quite fun. Watching the television show 'Cops' and having memorized some of the Miranda Rights [You have the right to remain silent, anything you say or do can be used against you in the court of law...etc etc] can add to the fun and reality of the game. =]

10. Hammock Swinging- I love our hammock, but I miss my swing. :P In the meantime the hammock is still fun. :] I like to jump up on it while lying flat on my stomach and having someone push you high up in the air feels like you are soaring. It reminded me of the one carnival ride I was recently on called the "Cliffhanger". Depending on the height of your hammock, if it's close enough to the ground you can use your hands to push yourself. Another fun thing to do is sit on the hammock as you would naturally, plug your iPod into your ears, and enjoy someone giving you a few good pushes. The faster the more exciting, and it's very relaxing. ^.^

A nice list of ten seems to be all I have at the moment. There are more, but those are the ones on the top of my head and the top choices my brother and I pick from when we wander outside. Being barefoot while playing these adds to the summer fun in my opinion, and feeling free to roll around and get dirty is fun too. :P I mean, playing some of these, falling on the ground seems inevitable. I think taking a break and going outside to use your imagination whether you're seven or seventeen is a healthy thing! Not to mention the amusement. =) The computer, the TV, and just plain laying inside will always be there for when you come back. ;]

I have to say, I am happy with trying to write a blog entry every few days and having done so the past week. Three scholarship essays I looked into doing are nearing their due date in July and the one includes a blog entry about something or other [I forget] so you can expect that sometime soon. Hey, and I also think I have officially planned on what I am going to do about my whole starting to drive dilemma. See, if I figure it out ahead of time in my mind then I feel I have something to follow I guess.

I told my parents how Buddy Foote got his very own car {woot!} and that started a driving conversation in general. My mother doesn't want me to get my permit until I have my own small vehicle as well because her's has problems and she has to get a new one soon and she needs it and can't risk me damaging it anyway, and my father's truck is too large to learn in anymore than I have. Therefore I came to this conclusion. Will it play out as follows? We'll just have to wait and see. If my father agrees with my mother on buying me a small car [preferably a Chevy Tracker my mother suggested and I loved :P] then after my physical I can go take the permit test sometime in early August. Then, having my own vehicle to practice in, my parents are more than happy to teach me in more detail and have me drive them places to accumulate hours and all the other neccessary things I'd have to accomplish. I've read my permit [if I pass] would be valid for one year, but at six months I'd be eligible to go for my junior liscense. I think what I'd do is practice as much as I could through August to March or April. I informed my parents how it might actually be a good thing for me to practice and learn in winter like my two friends did, and gain experience at a pace I feel comfortable with. The thought of starting to drive still makes me uneasy because it's so new and seems sometimes, from all the accidents I hear, a guaranteed death sentence liscense. x.O I know that sounds rather pessimistic, but I can't help expressing my fears which have held me back from January until now where I feel more ready to give it a shot. :] Once back at school, I could look into signing up for this driving program they offer, and then when springtime came I could go take the second test. If I make it pass that, then it's decided I'd need to get a job next summer since then I'd have my liscense and would be required to help pay for things like insurance. I think this makes sense to me and it sounds like a decent way to handle this dontcha think? =] I always seem to take my time with things, and this is no exception. x)

I think I'm going to end here now, before I drag on more. :P I have a couple Radically Random surveys I did and have stored away for a shorter entry, so for now I'm going to post a random picture I edited and put up on Starry Bliss for no reason really. :P I hope you all keep enjoying your summer and you'll hear from me again real soon. =)

Plot Twists

I'm not having a good day today when it comes to the hidden and rather nasty surprises that I have been finding. And the funny part is that the both of them I just found out less than an hour ago, and the day is almost over.

Today on World of Warcraft, I was pretty pumped up. I was level 19 when I logged in today, and I kept on thinking to myself and even exclaiming out loud, like an idiot, that in one more level I could finally wear mail armor. I did a run of VC today again (we defeated Mr. Smite and then I had to log due to a thunderstorm, however Kyle, who was doing it with me, finished it) and I knew that the next time I attempted it, at level 20+ with my stunning mail armor, that I would own the competition. Well, I was in Westfall/Duskwood training for a bit to get Kappa, my pet wolf, to level 20, and then I flew to Stormwind to travel to the hunter master. I was excited that I would finally be able to defend myself in melee combat without getting huge chunks of HP reduced from me, while Kappa helps me with taking down the enemy. To my surprise, I got to the hunter master to find out that I can only buy the ability to wield mail armor at level 40. I felt like I received a bullet to my head. Here I was thinking that dual wield and mail were both 20, but nope, mail is 40. At least I'll receive two good gifts at 40 then -- a mount and mail armor. I better save up on gold. I probably used about three gold today just buying abilities for my wolf and me, and plus I was in the middle of buying a crossbow, quiver, and arrows when I was disconnected at the bank. I might go on after I post this entry to finish up what I was doing, maybe train my crossbow skills a bit, and then log. Sounds like a plan.

The second little twist is minor, as I can accept it and work around it, but still, it's a bit surprising. As you may or may not know, I own RPG Maker XP Postality Knights edition. Yes, it may exactly be legal, but if a web site offers me something to download, then it's the site's fault and not mine. Anyway, the program is a very good game maker with a clean interface, brilliant 2D graphics, and requires no knowledge of scripting in order to complete a game. I'm creating a game, very slowly, called 'Vile Island'. I can't give away the plot as of yet, but I can tell you what's bugging me about it. I already created a few uncompleted areas, and one completed area when it comes to the map, but not the events. This one area is called 'Vile Village'. I remember a while back when I brought up the topic of my game to Kyle or another friend, they stated that Vile Village seemed familiar and may have a public use already. While sitting here late at night seeing if my internet connection was working properly after I repaired it, I searched for 'Vile Village' on Google and found out the little plot twist that could overwrite the plot of my game. In the series "A Series of Unfortunate Events" is a book titled "The Vile Village". What are the chances? Well, screw them, I'm using Vile Village. In their usage, it seems like they're using the word 'vile' to describe the village, whereas in my usage, 'Vile' is actually just a part of the village's name, as the island is Vile Island. Thus it seems legit for me. It's not really a big deal as I'm probably only distributing my game to friends free of charge. Now if I was actually making a game and selling it, then maybe a problem would come about.

Well, that's it from me. Have a good one.

There's Life, and There's WoW

I have to say that World of Warcraft is one helluva addicting game. I honestly feel like today did not exist as I spent the majority of it sitting on a chair playing an MMORPG on my laptop while my window fan is on high and I'm feeling good. Not really. I did conjure up quite the headache from staring at the computer screen for so long. Then when I went outside to go swimming, bam, the sun. Instant headache. I really need to cut down on the amount of time that I spend on World of Warcraft. The past few days I played for only an hour to two and then I was off for the day, but today I just kept on playing. Maybe the main reason is that it took about two hours just to get ready to run VC (the Deadmines instance) and then when we're about to get to VanCleef, everybody has to go. That was probably a good thing as everybody besides me died at that moment and I only had about 400+ light shots left for my gun. I didn't want to die again (I probably died three to five times while doing VC) so I used my hearthstone, but I forgot to change my inn to the one in Westfall and instead I was teleported all the way to Darkshore.

The only reason I was at Darkshore in the first place is because I was curious about the whole boat transit system. As my friend Kyle is a night elf, he had to use the boats to enter the Eastern Kingdom. I found out that I had to go to Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands. As I'm a bold and daring adventurer who has a knack for getting lost, I soon got lost right inside of the boundary line between the Wetlands and Loch Modan and was almost killed by a high leveled humanoid. I fled back to the entrance to the Wetlands and thought that maybe if I jump off a small cliff one at a time that I may reach the bottom. Bad mistake. It was just one gigantic cliff. Dead. In my ghost form, I had a hard time trying to find my body with the large amount of cliffs, so I gave up and was resurrected by the guardian that appears in the cemetery. Thankfully, the road to the harbor had no mobs around it and I was able to safely enter the harbor and with my friend Carol with me, travel to Darkshore. The original plan was for all of us to travel to Ashenvale, but I stayed at Darkshore overwhelmed with all the exclamation points that pointed out that the NPC had a quest waiting for me. I think after playing for a few hours in Darkshore tonight, that I only got about three or four of those quests done.

Kyle and Carol traveled to Ashenvale to find out that Kyle was too low of a level to do the quests there. We then got the idea to do VC. After a long travel to Westfall, we headed to the former Alliance town of Moonbrook and founded a group to complete VC. But like I stated before, we got far after about an hour or two of doing it, and then the group just broke up. I left at that time to go swimming.

I'm currently level 19 and I'm not sure if my pet, Kappa, leveled yet -- so he's 18 or 19. I can't wait until the both of us are 20. At 20, I can finally wear mail, get some new attacks, and get a large multitude of defense and attack specials for Kappa. I may stay at Darkshore until we're both 20, and then head over to Darnassus to be trained by the class masters, or maybe go back to Redridge Mountain and fly to Stormwind when I reach 20. I would go to Loch Modan and explore the rest of the region that I left unmarked, but after I saw Kyle get killed by three Horde NPCs, I'm staying away.

Even though I now play WoW, I still check up on the Runescape updates every now and then on Runescape Community. I have to say that the updates that were released today look pretty good. I am a bit mad about the 'string all' opinion for fletching as I thought the stringing aspect of the skill was the most challenging part of it, and that's saying something as it's a relatively easy skill if you have the money. I can already see the large amount of 99 fletching capes running around as we speak. Also, I don't like how the crossbows were powered that much. Honestly, the dark bow needed a bigger demand for it as the prices seemed way too low for me. But now when you have these crossbows that are a lot cheaper than the dark bow and are fast and hit high, the demand for the dark bow may lower even more, and then the people with 90+ slayer are going to be pretty ticked off that they worked so hard and received a low payout. They might as well go back to killing abyssal demons, as they are easier to kill with full Guthans than dark beasts. Craig was at my house the day that dark bows came out and he bought one for around six to seven million gp, which seemed more like a scam as ten minutes later people were selling for around five million -- and it seemed pretty stable. Now they're 3.6-4 mil gp. Sure, it's still a lot higher than whips (1.48-1.55 mil) but I can see dark bows being 2-2.5 mil by the end of the summer. Why am I so ticked? It still seems like a good selling price, right? Well, whips, when they first came out, sold for as high as 60 mil, and were extremely high for a while as the demand for them was so dramatic. And then the dark bows come out and they don't even sell for higher than ten million gp (however that's not to say that such a sale wasn't made). And then I look at the price of dragon arrows, and I say, "Well that's good money." However it seems that people are having difficulty even getting them from the dragon implings in the first place. Oh well. I really can't tell if Runescape is getting better or worse. Range is finally getting good improvements which is a plus for me, but then you have this economy where the best melee weapon is almost one million gp and some easy skills are getting even easier. Now I know why Runescape Classic veterans get ticked over Runescape 2 -- the game got easier in the transition and it makes it feel like their hard work in today's world is worth nothing and not respected. The guy who first got 99 fletching in Runescape Classic may be shunned by today, just because "99 fletching is so easy to get". I don't know -- I'm just ranting on now.

I have to make sure of myself that I don't play WoW a lot tomorrow and do other 'practical' matters of life -- like fixing up the blog like I promised to. I also have to do a bit of cleaning, find a place to do community service, read a bit so that my brain doesn't turn into mush, and, of course, catch up on my WoW lore. But today -- today isn't even considered a day to me. And sadly enough, that's how fast summer vacation will fly away.

"Comment That Keyword!"

"what's zezimas real name"

I believe that it's Peter Zezima. How do I know this? Well, Zezima revealed in his exclusive interview that Zezima is his surname (or some other reliable source). And when Zezima got married in-game to his real life engaged woman, Eli, she called him by the name of Peter. So if you put two and two together, you get Peter Zezima.

"some wan scanned my whip in runescape!"

Oh my God! They scanned your whip!? That's horrible!

Oh, of course. It's a typo. Scammed. Well, you have to watch out for those Wans. They have the hidden ability to switch items quickly in the trade screen, and are known to sell whips, as well as dust, for very high prices. Thankfully whips are cheaper now than they were back in the day, and as you can now 'string all', why don't you fletch to make back that lost money? Or if you have no money whatsoever, then you better fish, mine, or woodcut. But when you go back to get your whip the second time, you better watch out for those Wans, because some Wans know their trade better than other Wans.

Have a good one.

Oh Joy

-rubs head- Agh. I still have this headache I've had since around noon. :P I went out shopping early this morning [too early for a Saturday x)] and so was tired to begin with from a sleepover I'd been to the night before. Wal-Mart was overcrowded as usual, and I guess I was in my 'tired daze' and it was so crowded all the people walking past me made me dizzy and I got a headache? :P Hah, that's the theory I am sticking with anyway.

I haven't been home since my last blog entry actually. I spent two days with my bestest Heather. =) I haven't had the opportunity to sleepover her house in a verrry long time, so we were pumped and made a big deal for this event, haha. We did so many different things, not sure I could even remember them all. We spent most of our time outside, or inside eating&watching DVDs. I love going up to her family's farm. I brought a digital camera over this time and we took many pictures, but only kept 20 of them that we really liked. =]

So, first we went up to the barn, fed the animals and gave them water. We also collected a few eggs and it's fun to smash them against rocks and you see this flock of chickens scrambling as fast as their feet can carry them, haha. We ended up playing with Heather's little cousin Colby for over an hour. We didn't plan to, and I'm not sure Heather even wanted to stay, but we did and she's growing to like me more I think. :P We played quite a few different sporty games with her before we had to go eat...or something. x) We watched about 2 and a half movies the whole time there. I really liked "How To Deal" with Mandy Moore. I never saw it before, and had wanted too. It was really cute, and I grew strangely attached to this one boy's cuteness in the movie. :P

We didn't stay up too late on Thursday, only to half past 12 I suppose. We set up all these blankets, foams, pillows, and sleeping bags which made the floor incredibly comfy. :P The following day I stayed until night. I was happy Heather and I finally had hours to do all the things we rarely have time to do when I usually come over for a short Friday night thing. xP We wanted to go swimming, but her grandparents were having trouble with the pool's lining and told us it'd be best if we didn't. Beforehand we decided to just stay outside then. We went for a long walk in this new field that her horses will soon inhabit. We had to jump over electric fence even. :P Then we ran back and were doing exercizes. That was fun, we felt healthy too, ha, especially because we ate so much. We had eaten tacos, ice cream, ice pops, popcorn, pancakes, brownies, chicken patties, french fries, watermelon, and moree! Not to mention she bought especially for me this liter of orange soda that I drank the two days I was there. :P She's like "I got your favorite soda!" and I really didn't know my favorite was orange soda before this [haha], maybe I said I liked it once, but she remembered my friend Steve liked it yet she didn't get me mixed up with him..she just got it for me anyways. It was quite good though, and I usually get sick of drinking it, but I had it with every meal [except breakfast] and it was sooooo good, it just might become my real favorite, haha.

Last night we spent the evening outside playing in the church parking lot. She brought out her skateboard and scooter and we went rolling around down the road and into the lot. There was a neat dead snake in the road. :P I loved riding the scooter, yet I am still shaky on the skateboard, but not as bad as I was. At least I can get rolling with both my feet on it myself this time, haha. :P I really liked riding around out there though.

When we got back, I had a conversation with Heather's mother, who's also becoming a close friend of mine. She's easy to talk to and so sweet. She's so proud of me and my school accomplishments and how I aspire to go off to college and so we were talking about that, and how she's almost as excited as my mom is for me to pursue 'psychology' in someway. I keep thinking about it too, but my interest in education has remained with me since first grade, so it's interesting to ponder. Everybody says I can be a good listener [when I want..sometimes I can drown out so good it's not even funny :P] I'm curious as to whether or not I'll like taking the psychology/sociology class this year in school. ^^

Blog Updates

Before I get ready for the big sleepover party that my friend, Tiffany, is hosting, I have edited many aspects of the blog template that needed improvement or had to get the boot. Just for the record and to put emphasis on some edits, here is a list:
  • Changed 'The Foote Live' to 'Buddy Foote Live'
  • Deleted the text under the live web cam
  • Added a header to point out the blog authors
  • Removed the 'Extras' heading from the left sidebar
  • Removed 'Subscribe to Us!' and the fields that applied
  • Removed the 'Blogger's Choice Awards' button under 'Vote for Us!'
  • Made 'Vote for Us!' a bigger header
  • Changed 'Link Back?' to 'BFBv.2 Banners'
  • Added 'Month of the Month' under 'Archives'
  • Removed the affiliate 'Reflections of Time' under 'Affiliates' -- failed to add us
  • Added '/Extras\' to the top of the page
  • Removed '/Poll\' from underneath '/Extras\'
  • Changed the '/Featured Post of the Week\' a bit
  • Put up a new '/Featured Post of the Week\'
  • Edited some spacing and font sizes
And there you have it.

My friend, Corey, is supposed to go through the many months of blog entries that are available and see if any videos/pictures may be offensive. Offensive meaning if it's a video/picture of somebody else and they wouldn't approve of it being hosted on the internet. Why are these up in the first place? Back in the day, I used to upload any picture that I took, so when I took a picture of somebody even if it was to just to snap a shot to improve my photography skills, it was uploaded. Some people after finding out that a picture of them wound up on my site felt a bit uneasy, so I'm having Corey do this search (hopefully he actually does it) and anybody else who may be bored and wants to look for the hidden treasures that this blog contains. I ask that any blog authors, including myself, also look through some of these past entries. And then maybe compose a list and paste it here as a comment or e-mail it to me.

Caitlin, the best graphic artist that has contributed to BFBv.2 in numerous ways in the work of layouts, buttons, etc., is requested to please make the following buttons if she has any spare time. I just want to put this here because it'll give you an idea of what I'll be doing when removing many 'offensive' items from entries of the past.

Buttons needed:
  • 'Missing Images' -- a small, yet recognizable banner that will be placed in entries where broken Imageshack thumbnails are, or in entries where 'offensive' pictures have been removed. Maybe make different variations as many of these will be placed. Only do so if you have the time.
  • 'Video Removed' -- a small, yet recognizable banner that takes the place of a video that has been removed from the blog.
  • 'Blog Authors' -- go crazy with this banner. In place of that ugly, white text that says 'Blog Authors' above the authors' profiles, we should put a better looking item, such as a banner. Maybe make the banner as long as the limitations of the text that currently is placed there.
  • 'Author of the Month' -- a small, yet recognizable banner that is placed under an author's picture in their profile on the blog. The author receives such a nomination depending on the quantity and quality of their posts that they have written in the past month. I ask that a little bit of room be left at the bottom so that I may manually add in MSPaint the month that the author won the award for. Also, please make the length long enough so I may add the name of the longest month, a space, and the year without any problems. Or if that's not possible, I can easily add something like 'Oct '07' just fine.
Thank you very much.

I'm hoping that someday we have a good amount of blog affiliates so that we may have an 'Affiliate of the Month' award, but sadly we currently only have two affiliates. The award, as of today, would go to StarryBliss. Also, if Caitlin does not mind, I may add her 'business' MySpace as an affiliate.

I wish for the 'Author of the Month' awards to begin July 1st, meaning that us blog authors better start getting some good content up for this month to win. I'm still debating if a poll will be used to vote for the author, or a vote among the blog authors, such as in Survivor but we're not kicking anybody out of the tribe. Good luck to you all.

I hope the edits, as well as the future edits, will please you, the reader, as well as the other blog authors. My current to-do list that I hope to achieve by next Tuesday is the following:
  • Clean up broken Imageshack thumbnails
  • Remove picked videos/pictures that Corey/others pointed out
  • Get a new crossword up
  • Work on editing other areas of the template (hidden surprises)
Hopefully I won't die from not sleeping at this party and I'll be able to achieve everything that I listed this weekend.

Have a good one.

Wow, It's WoW

I'm sure that if you do not know about World of Warcraft by now, either by just hearing about it, reading about it, etc. then you pretty much live inside of a cave far, far away from any humanoids, er, I mean mankind. World of Warcraft, the well-known MMORPG created by Blizzard, has recently been introduced into my life and has been abducting it for the last four days. In my last blog entry, titled 'Good Bye Runescape?', I brought up concerns about my feelings toward the previous MMORPG that I have played for over two years of my life, which of course is Runescape. I pondered at that time if I should quit Runescape or not. Should I play a repetitive game that has become more of a chore than a fun gaming experience or should I take the fun route and get World of Warcraft? In the end, Runescape membership was canceled, I gave a small amount of my items to Craig (he was mad at me), and I bought World of Warcraft. A new adventure was about to begin.

In Runescape, I felt like a noble king. I was higher leveled in a large amount of skills, I looked pretty cool with my full kyatt, dragon woodcutting axe, and my woodcutting skill cape as my usual outfit, and I still had that little goal in the back of my head of one day becoming a player moderator. But now in World of Warcraft, I'm nothing but an inexperienced newbie. However, I am catching on quite fast. My dwarf hunter (Buddyfoote) is level 15 and my pet wolf (Kappa) is around level 14-15. I'm somewhat satisfied that I achieved those levels in four days of playing after going from a much easier game such as Runescape, where you just simply click to fight and then sit back and watch, to a hardcore game like World of Warcraft, where at any moment you may have a monster riding up behind you attacking you like crazy and you must have your own strategy to come out of a fight alive. Seriously -- You must make sure no other aggressive monsters are around you, then you must make sure the monster you're attacking isn't with more of their kind or another monster so that you're not outnumbered, and then you must send your pet after the monster, then you have to cast some long-ranged spells as you're shooting the monster with your gun, and then if the monster reaches you at all, you must melee it and use some spells, and then you might back up to book somewhere if you find yourself almost dead. Yes, it's hard compared to Runescape. The thing I like is that there's really no worry if you die, as you can just run back to your body without suffering any penalties, besides maybe losing some durability on your weapons/armor.

It's funny how I suddenly found an interest in World of Warcraft. I was always against the game, thinking of it as the enemy to other MMORPG's such as Runescape and even lesser known ones that deserved a chance to shine (even though they probably were horrible in some way or not balanced). But that one day last week when I went to Carol's house with Kyle, we both found a sudden interest in the game and we both got it. I think the introduction of WoW in person at that time when Runescape seemed dull to me threw me off, and I thus was hungry for WoW. Does that mean I may come back to Runescape sooner or later? I don't know. I'm still not familiar with many aspects of World of Warcraft, and as it being that I'm on a PVP server and I was turned off from player killing on Runescape, I'm not sure that I may like the competition aspect when I venture out into neutral or enemy zones. I don't want to have that feeling that I dislike PVP, then I'll have to leave that toon that I spent hours on leveling/adventuring, and then change to a different realm, create another toon, and be unable to communicate or receive aid from friends on the other realm. And I don't think I want to hand over the large fee to switch my one toon onto a different realm. That's just ridiculous. Well, this is the way I'll have to force myself to look at it -- If I find myself getting defeated a lot, I must level up, ask Carol to go on her level 70 main (her night elf rogue) and maybe get Kyle to come along and everybody else in our guild, and we shall kick ass.

I have to say that WoW has a much steeper learning curve than Runescape. Honestly, WoW comes with a 195-page game manual (excluding the addition non important information at the end) while Runescape comes with an okay sized Knowledge Database and the in-game Tutorial Island, which leaves out a lot of explaining (hence the Lumbridge tutors, and even then members don't have help in member-only skills). And even the areas of WoW take a while to get familiar to. WoW sets you in a starting area when you create a new toon with no objective to fulfill (unless you start the quest(s) that are mostly right in front of you) and it gives you a map that you must fill in by exploring areas. Just to quickly add this in, you gain xp by doing three main things: killing monsters, doing quests, exploring new areas. Quests are mostly the best xp givers, as the process of doing a quest (say for gathering an item by killing monsters, having to kill monsters to access an environment object safely, or by just having to kill an 'x' amount of monsters to complete the quest) can give you a good chunk of xp. Overall though, you need to experience the game in order to learn what the hell is going on.

I believe that WoW, however, literally takes away your time. With Runescape, I can constantly see the computer's clock on the bottom-right hand of the screen and be reminded that it's late and best to turn the game off and turn in for the night. But for the first two full days that I had WoW, I was not wearing my watch and I rarely peeped at another clock in the same room, so when I looked every once in a while and noticed that every time I looked, I was warped two hours ahead into the future, I then concluded that this game may be bad for me and my sleep. Last night I stayed over Craig's and I was up until six in the morning playing before my eyesight became blurry -- you would have a hard time making me do that playing Runescape even if you offered me one thousand dollars. Craig even commented that it was the longest he ever saw me stay up when I stayed over. I'm debating if I even want to play it tonight. I have that little urge poking at me in the back of my head, and I'm trying to fight it, but it won't go away until it becomes stronger tomorrow morning. But I think I was the same way when I started to play Runescape. I was intrigued by Runescape when I first started playing, camping at the level two giant rats behind Lumbridge Castle, where I would firemake and cook their meat. But I'm still not sure about WoW. Do I even like WoW? I don't know -- it's still toying with my mind.

Well, maybe I will go play World of Warcraft, but only for a little while.

Here's my character by the way. If the link doesn't work for you, then go to the World of Warcraft official site, find the button for 'The Armory', and under characters search for 'buddyfoote'.

Have a good one.

Summa!

Summertime blog entry! Woo. :P Let's see, what have I been up to? Not enough, that's for sure, haha. I feel like I have so much energy and free time lately that I want to run around my backyard if I have nothing else to do. I maybe should get a job, but y'know what I was told 'i have no need for one now' and 'my pay would barely cover the expensive gas to slug me there' x) Therefore if I don't get one this time around, I'll wait until I absolutly need money [as in when I have to pay half the insurance for my car when I start to drive]. :P I decided I will make it a point to dedicate plenty of time to writing a blog entry every two days minimum, unless something comes up or I feel incredibly lazy. You all can relate to those lazy hazy summer days cant'cha?

Well I went into school Monday for that one hour I mentioned last entry. We got our report cards and I was off the wall spankin' excited over it. =)) It makes me feel so good knowing I accomplished what I did that year and can earnestly relax a little this summer [if that makes any sense to you, it may not.] Mr. Buddy Foote did MORE amazing so kudos to him!! ;D

I went to the library the other day after a long walk in the park. Going for long walks is like summer tradition to me, we go all the time. :P I like it a lot, plus you are getting exercise right? Well I had a tank top on, one of those with really thin straps, and it really exposed my sunburnt shoulder [which today are peeling like nuts] and that worried me because I really need to make it a point to put suntan lotion on whenever I'll be directly in the sun for long periods. Which makes sense when you think about it, but can be easily forgotten. x.O I got three real thick, juicy novels from the library by the way! "The Truth about Forever", "Honey, Baby, Sweetheart", and "Burning Light". They look good, and I love those thick hardcovers too, haha.

Today we were trying to run our high speed internet to my other room. It failed. I am to the point where I want to give up, but I need to have internet there on my laptop. -sighs- I felt like an electrician all afternoon though, which was funn. I got to run pipe covering for wires and outlet type things and work with some tools. Haha, yep. :P Good I have that "Tech Ed" class under my belt for my future construction career eh fellows? xP

Sorry if this entry seems boring, since I am going to try to write often [hopefully somebody joins me!] I will try to pick interesting parts of my summer days. I also plan on doing a follow-up entry sometime soon okee? Okee.

Hey guess what. I started a MySpace yesterday [found at myspace.com/starrybliss]. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, "you don't already have one of those darn things!?! lyke omg!1! all thee kewl kidz do ya dork." :P Thing is, I had a personal myspace way before you all knew it existed kiddies!! True fact too. I grew to disdain it with a passion and deleted my old one. I felt my website Starry Bliss deserved it's own page though, and admit exchanging comments back and forth between friends and classmates is interestingly fun, so set it up last night. :P I have two large banners on there, one for Starry Bliss and this very blog! Many friends have commented and added me already and hopefully seen the banners [this blog and SB need publicity kids!!]. How could they not y'know? I also made it clear it is not to be my personal myspace [and remind me to slap myself if I ever do give in and turn it into that]. So it's a nice Starry Bliss/Blog themed myspace. :P I even made it have a very own layout to correspond with the new layout I just created on SB itself. Not to mention joining a blog and web design group on myspace..haha. However! Myspace still smells like poo, I hope it gets sued one day, and the federal government demands its demolishment due to multiple stalker cases as I sit back with glee shrugging and saying 'I told you so". Lol. =P I can have such strong opinions on things if I really want too huh? Never really realized that about moi.

-scratches peely sunburn- Ow. In the amount of time I spent writing this blog entry, I recieved two myspace comments and 1 message reply. Wow. :P It'll sow down soon I am sure. What a craze. I can't believe I'll have to grow up and tell my children "Honey, I grew up in the Myspace and AIM age...I do not understand your -insert spiffy futuristic cyberspace websites here-. hehe. Until next time, have a good one and watch out for the sun! (:

Nicole's Party and More

Here's the flipping blog entry I promised I'd flipping write about Nicole's flipping party that ended flipping yesterday. I can't believe how much flipping fun we had. Abby was being such a flipping pig as flipping usual, and her and I have flipping started to say flipping after every other flipping word because it's so flipping funny to flipping say in flipping person that we flipping love it and since we don't flipping curse this is our flipping substitute that we flipping adore and we flipping said the flipping word 'flipping' about 500 plus flipping times yesterday so flipping give me a flipping break.

[rofl.] How about that? :P I think we drove Nicole crazy over the amount of times Abby and I said flipping at her party. Ha flipping ha!

I mentioned that this weekend I'd be going to my friend Nicole's Sweet 16th, and I did do just that. I slept over Friday night and didn't come home until Saturday night. It was a really nice time. We went to the movies on Friday and saw 'Waitress'. There wasn't any good movies out, and it was more of a random pick. Every year we end up seeing some interesting movies, but I really enjoyed the pick this year. It was absolutly hilarious. :P My friends Abby, Nicole, and I have a unique sense of humor. The things we find funny are usually not what the typical movie-goer will find funny. Therefore we were definately the three loudest laughing teenage girls in the back left hand corner of the room. We must have laughed every two minutes about something we found funny, or that had some connection to any of our personal jokes. :P We really liked the movie because of this. The story of the movie was that this woman worked as a waitress at a pie restaurant. [Don't read on further if you want to see it as it may possibly spoil some.] She was married to an abusive husband whom she entirely disdained. She tried to save money to run away from him even. One night he gets her drunk and she ends up pregnant. This makes her feel upset and angry, as she doesn't know how to even raise a child. She is one of the greatest pie makers in the area, and the whole movie revovles around pies and all the different kinds she makes up. I was sick of seeing pies after this movie, haha. Anyways, she has an affair with her 'baby woman doctor [ob-gyn]' who is this new man in town. Their affair lasts the length of her pregnancy. By the end of the movie she eventually stands up for herself and makes some decisions that change her life. I won't go into any more detail than that, because what you think will happen doesn't really at all go that way. You'd think by the way I am making this sound it would be some serious love story, but it's not at all. It's really funny sometimes, especially the woman's friends at the restaurant. The one was pretty funny, haha.

I think the funniest thing that happened at the movies that makes me smile now even is that maybe 3/4 through the movie, I'm not even sure what happened but Abby, Nicole, and I were actually sitting quietly for once watching when suddenly some guy yells "L-M-A-O!" Abby and I started to laugh so hard it was uncontrollable. We laughed out loud and the guy must have heard the response from us because he tried to joke again and it wasn't even funny this time, haha. But boy, when he said LMAO it was so random and unexpected and chat- speakish we loved it. xD

Once back to Nicole's she opened her presents and I am glad she liked the purse I got her. [and also really happy to see Abby was wearing one of the shirts I got her from her party last weekend] =) We then didn't do a whole lot. Nicole put in another movie that I actually did want to see but didn't really get to because I had a tragedy happen to my toes.

Seriously now. I was sitting up between Abby and Nicole trying to see the TV better when a strong pins and needles sensation went through my left leg down to my toes. My two toes completely seperated from the rest, like opened so there was this gap between them and that's like impossible for people to do unless they are double jointed I guess. I couldn't put them back in place until the feeling went away because my foot was so numb. It hurt really bad, and then it happened three or four more times after that. Abby was amazed and had no idea what happened and thought it was the flippin' most hilarious thing she's ever seen [we made a big deal of it]. Haha. It was REALLY weird! =P

The next morning Abby left briefly for an appointment, and by the time she got back the three of us played outside pretty much the entire day. We played on Nicole's fun tree swing, scooters, baby trucks, and played with her golden retriever Precious a lot too. We also pretended to walk the catwalk which was hilarious to do in the driveway. After that we did all these weird things, like pick each other high up in the air and take a picture. Abby let me sit on her shoulders [because she is such a flippin' macho man!] Then we did a number of other poses, flips, handstands, and cartwheel-type-moves. :P It was fun, I love being picked up and stuff, haha.

By the afternoon Nicole's family arrived and a few more friends. There was a dunk tank at Nicole's party that afternoon, and it was really fun. Nicole got to sit up on the seat first and we all took turns throwing balls at the button. Unfortunately, the water was frigid due to it being cold hose water. :P By the time it was my turn, I wasn't really scared or anything, just nervous. You get really nervous sitting up there because you know it's coming, that you'll be dunked, but you don't know when and as the ball's thrown become closer you get scared. Haha and then I'd slide off that seat so fast and sink completely underwater. I didn't even think I'd go under as much as I did because it's not a deep tub, but the fact you're slammed into it I guess gets you down good. :P I liked it though, and maybe would have gone lots more if the water wasn't so cold, the shade wasn't starting to cover it, and the day was 10 degrees warmer. :P

By evening, a family friend had arrived to play live guitar and sing for everyone. I give the man props, he did a nice job, and it was relaxing to sit and listen to. He started by playing songs he hoped we'd know [such as his own rendition of Wake me up when September ends by Greenday.] He was still playing and singing when my ride arrived and I had to leave. I had a real good time though, lots o' flippin' fun! xD [I did get some wicked sunburn though. =/ Thankfully I had sunscreen on my face, but my poor shoulders, neck, thighs, and feet are quite toasty &red.]

I really don't like how spontaneous my mood has been today. I woke up annoyed, and rudely walked right outside claiming I needed some fresh air. Then I sat on the computer for a few hours working on a website layout that probably stinks. That's another thing, I've been feeling really sarcastic and stubborn today. I don't know why. Later on I was talking to Buddy Foote and completely went on more than necessary bashing a new game he has taken interest in. What kind of friend is that? I'm not even sure if half the things I said today altogether were serious. Just before I began this entry I was sulking, yes, absolutly sulking out in a chair situatued in my sunroom. At first I had tried to read some pages from my current novel, but lost interest and proceeded to close the book, sit there, and sulk. Sulk over what!? Probably my strange behavior today is what I am feeling guilty over. I feel tired and moody, and I have no real reason to be. It's a beautiful day out, yet I am openly letting it slip away. -shrugs and sighs-
Weird.

I haven't eaten since breakfast and it's almost 3pm, so I should probably eat very shortly, but I think my mind was too consumed with being 'moody' that I didn't even realize if I was hungry or not. Until I go eat, I want to keep typing up an entry here because it seems to be making me feel less pathetic. :P Blogs are wonderful diaries.

I have to pop into school tomorrow for one hour. Yes, one hour not because I am leaving early, but because one hour is our entire official last day of school tomorrow. I wasn't planning on going, since finals are done and I have permission not to go in, but I don't mind and since there is a chance we'll recieve our report cards, eh why not? My friends Heather, Abby and Nicole go every year despite anything because they take pictures and have fun, so I'll surprise them when I show up since I told them I probably wasn't going to be there. I think one hour is a waste of gas to start up all the school buses when 98% of the school's population is not going to bother going in, even if they were forced. :P Why not tack the extra hour on one of our half days last week? Even so, you can't really count the hour tomorrow as the 180th day or anything, lol. x)

I'm guessing that's all I have the energy for. I feel a whole lot less moody now and ready to do something. :P I plan on playing Runescape tonight. During my time of "sulking", I came to the conclusion that I am looking forward to Buddy Foote playing World of Warcraft. It's something new I'll get to read about here on the blog. I don't find the game personally interesting as it's just another RPG, and I have Runescape for that. I am upset though, that I think it's going to be for real this time, Buddy Foote's abscense of Runescape anyhow. It's been mentioned for the past months on and off, rumors almost, that he was thinking of leaving because interest was being lost. The whole reason I even joined and played Runescape the last year was for him, and knowing he's going to stop paying for members shows he is serious about opening a new chapter in his 'gaming' life. :P It just makes me sad, I don't have anybody to play Runescape really 'for' anymore. My brother stopped playing a few months ago. It was only really fun when I had some real life friends to play it with. :P Now I sort of don't. It'd be selfish and pointless of me to stop playing the game period though. I like it a lot, and will play it now when I want to for myself. It won't feel the same though y'know? :P Oh well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. For those of you that are Runescape players who read this blog [and I think there are a few], I'll make sure to write about what I do in Runescape once in a while then. =]

My daily blog special consists of a sneak preview to my personal website's [Starry Bliss] new layout. I don't know what I am trying to get at yet, I want to make a sort of collage of neat photography pictures I've collected, and go with that sort of theme. I like what I've made so far, but it looks messy and uneven to me. Tell me what you think? :P -cough- Or else have a flipping nice day.

Radically Random...
I've yet to decide I like this yet. :P

Good Bye Runescape?

I just want to put up a quick announcement that I may forever be leaving the world of Runescape that has been brought to you by Guthix, er, I mean Jagex Ltd. Yes, after my two year playing career on the MMORPG Runescape, achieving many goals such as making new friends, getting 99 woodcutting, getting 100 combat, and getting 1610 total level, my account known as Buddy Foote will forever be preserved in the basement of the Lumbridge Castle after I got my last level of my career in Runescape -- 83 fletching. Runescape was fun for the two years that I have been playing it. Friends came and went, many writings on this blog were only possible due to my activeness on the game, and I learned many values, whether they be minor or major. For example, Runescape helped me write an accurate account on medieval warfare for my culture's research paper, as I could relate to the topics I looked up with Runescape. However, over the last month or two, Runescape became dull to me and I lost interest in it. That single spice that kept me going for over two years has lost its flavor, and thus is bitter to my liking. Do I look back and believe that I have wasted valuable spare time creating an advanced account on a video game? No. If I could go back in time to change a wrong to right, I would still play Runescape as much as I did in today's world.

Why am I leaving Runescape?

World of Warcraft.

I'm about to fall asleep and I cannot type, so I shall conclude my entry there. Have a good one.

End of School Parties

Yes, my blog is a little later than promised, but I simply ran out of the necessary time needed to compose a naturally lengthy entry yesterday, thus I am sitting here now, on my first afternoon of summer 'break', bringing you the events in my life the past week. And boy, was that a big sentence or what? :P

Well, last weekend was my good ol' beastly buddie's 16th birthday supreme. (We'll refer to her as Abby under these circumstances.) She had a terrific birthday party, packed with fun, and then I went home. The End.

Just joking, could I ever be that discrete? I think it's a habit that I must go into detail whenever possible, otherwise I feel...incomplete, let's say. :P I went over to her house Friday night with another beastly buddie I heart, Nicole. From there Abby had to decide where we were going to go. :P Last minute deciding kind of people, just like me. x) We ended up going to Burlington for a shirt Abby desired, and then the mall where we did nothing but walk around completely and eat good gummy ringed candies from a shop called what else, "Abbie's Candies". :P From there we stopped at Rita's and ate these very good slurpie-type drinks I totally forget the correct name of. Mine was blueberry and watermelon flavored and I really did enjoy it. :P Then because we are such children at heart, were taken to the playground at sundown. Yes, the playground with the slides, swings, and all. Nicole and I were so attached to the swingset Abby and her father had started the car by the time we got off. :P This whole excursion was a lot of fun. =) Abby had initially wanted to do something completely new, but when you live where we do, choices are limited. ;P

That night we packed our camping supplies and headed up to this rather old trailer camper called the "DeCamp", which resides in Abby's grandmother's backyard. The DeCamp is a beautifully restored place. -cough- :P Actually, just last year it was bug filled and such, but Abby and Nicole loved it so much they begged for it to be cleared out and they got their wish. We all spent our first night alone sleeping in the DeCamp, and we had so much fun. I miss the DeCamp now regularly. :P We spent our night taking tons of silly pictures, listening to UnderOath and Family Force 5, and doing whatever else imaginable. We didn't go to sleep until a little past 1, which was early in my opinion, due to the big party the next day (and Nicole having to leave for a concert). :P

The next day Abby's family was having a large party for her at her other grandmother's house. Pretty much her entire family was there. It was really nice, and we had some good food, cake, and fun. (I sound like some party advertisement :P) Unfortunately, Nicole left before the viewing of Abby's special DVD. I guess in her family it was tradition that when she turned sixteen they made a DVD all about her life filled with pictures of her growing up, accompanied by some perfectly fitted music. I don't think their was a dry eye in the living room after her family watched that DVD. It was so sweet, I even think I could have cried because it was really that nice. I was in it a couple times too. =) Aww, I wish I had such a nice DVD to keep for the rest of my life. :P It was really special, no doubt.

Afterwards, Abby, her cousins, and myself went swimming for a while. We were hot that day, and had been playing volleyball a little bit. Her one uncle kept calling me Sheryl or numerous other similiarly sounding 's' names all afternoon, so I was kind of scared of him, haha. :P Just a random sentence I had to throw in here I guess. I'm happy Abby had a good birthday party and glad I was able to come though. (:

Tonight Abby and I are going to Nicole's 'sweet 16th'. =) That will be fun too I am sure. ^_^ I am happy I have such great friends to spend time with. I promise I won't wait a week to post another entry about that party. ;P

This week at school I had all my major class finals. It still doesn't feel like school is over to me. Just last week, everybody came to class and we were doing what we had to do. This week was just mayhem, 96% of the school goes home, leaving it really empty, and after finals your class subject is done with, which leaves nothing to really do. I stayed after my finals because I figured I am at school already and have nothing to do at home, so since Abby and Nicole were staying, I would too. I didn't go in yesterday at all though, since I had no finals and needed to sleep in after someone kept me up until midnight the night before. (Just kidding, it was a fun rs-time. :P ) I am very very very pleased (and thankful!) over how my grades are looking, and how my tenth grade year went in general. I still really think 8th and 9th grade are tied as some of the best years, and nothing out of the ordinary happened to me this year that made it extremely unique, but still I'll miss it like I do every time. :P Now it kind of feels very refreshing to know I have a nice three month break ahead of me, to relax and recharge. Don't get me wrong, I need a break from school too, but I'll be looking forward to next year at the same time. :]

Hopefully this summer is exciting! Every year I plan things and most of the time half of them never occur, so I'm going to try to just go with the flow this summer, and do things spur of the moment and go for it. Especially with friends. x) One of my bestest friends lives a mile down the road and I always feel I never see her enough over the summer, sheesh, what's wrong with me y'know? ;P

I suppose this can about end my entry for the day. I'm getting rather warm sitting inside, and I bet I'd be sweating if I was outside. But what can ya do, summer = heat. :P Take care folkz. =) &&hello Summer 2007!

90's Child

Hey guys. I just wanted to post this memorable blog entry now, rather than wait until later. I have been pretty occupied with finals this week, and last weekend I did a lot with my friends so didn't have time to post a blog entry. (Another reason I want to write a quickie up now.) I'm not going to school tomorrow, and already have it planned to write a long catch-up entry about some fun events with my friends and the such. =) Then, Friday is my last day (I think report cards won't be Monday..so I guess I don't have to go :P ) and that means school will be over. I do have plans this weekend with Nicole and friends as she's throwing her 16th birthday party. After all that I'll write another entry and want to get focused on helping the blog and helping Steve with his list. Time to get motivated here peeps. :] Summer is on it's way, it's so close I can taste it. x)

Anyways, I had a half day of school today and was just searching the web here when on a girl's website I found a similiar list as the one I am about the post. I did some research and found many other variations of it, and put together my own. Not sure who any original maker was, but people seem to post similiar things on forums and blogs and I wanted to share it here because I can relate to every word. :P Check it out, and I am sure you will enjoy it just as much. =)

Below is a pretty hip list that brought back many memories to myself, as I grew up in the 90s! ^_^ [This is my Radically Random for tomorrow's entry, just to note.]

You know you grew up in the 90s if....

-You've ever ended a sentence with the word "PSYCHE!"

-You watched the Pound Puppies.

-You yearned to be a member of the Baby-sitters club and tried to start a club of your own. (I read every single book by them ever with my friend Lauren in elementrary school. I used to read 4 books a day! :P Also played the board game and wanted to be them, haha)

-If you ever watched "Fraggle Rock"

-You can sing the entire theme song to "DuckTales" (Woo ooh!)

-It was actually worth getting up early on a Saturday to watch cartoons.

-You played the game "MASH " (Mansion, Apartment, Shelter,House) [I still have some of my old MASH games on paper, I loved that game and wanted to live in a Mansion with my crush. :P)

-You remember the CRAZE, then the BANNING of slap bracelets. (In second grade I brought my pink star slap bracelet to school and all the boys kept slapping it and the teacher took it away from me in library class, haha, I got it back though and still own it!)

-You still get the urge to say "NOT" after every sentence.

-You thought your childhood friends would never leave because you exchanged handmade friendship bracelets.

-You ever owned a pair of Jelly-Shoes. (I had a pink glittery pair, and wore them when I went to the movie theater for the first time to see the Lion King. I remember not paying attention as I pretened to be Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen while having such cool shoes on.)

-After you saw Pee-Wee's Big Adventure you kept saying "I know you are, but what am I?"

-You remember "I've fallen and I can't get up"

-You remember going to the skating rink before there were inline skates. (hah..yeah. That was the 'cool' place to be.)

-You have ever played with a Skip-It. (I never had my own but was jealous of my friend's skip-it for years, haha)

-You had or attended a birthday party at McDonalds. (Who hasnt!?)

-You've gone through this nodding your head in agreement.

-You wore socks scrunched down (and sometimes still do... getting yelled at by "younger hip" members of the family).

-You remember Alf, the lil furry brown alien from Melmac. (My brother has an Alf t-shirt!)

-"Miss Mary Mack, Mack, Mack, all dressed in black, black, black, with silver buttons, buttons, buttons, all down her back, back, back. SHE ASKED HER MOTHER MOTHER MOTHER FOR FIFTY CENTS CENTS CENTS TO SEE THE ELEPHANTS ELEPHANTS ELEPHANTS JUMP OVER THE FENCE FENCE FENCE"It jumped so high high high it touched the sky sky sky and didnt come back back back til the forth of july ly ly." (Gah, my best friend Heather and I did handshakes to this song every single afternoon in the back seat of the school bus in elem.!!)

-You used to pretend you could transform into a MIGHTY MORPHIN Power Ranger. (And secretly though Kimberly and Tommy would make a good couple..big fan I was!)

-You know that "How Rude!" comes from Stephanie from "Full House" (Love that show!)

-You remember reading "Goosebumps"

-You took plastic cartoon lunch boxes to school. (I have a my little pony one..hehe)

-You danced to "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls. (while collecting their pics on gum wrappers, oh yeah baby :P)

-Where in the world is Carmen San Diego? was both a game and a TV game show. (Playing that game in computers at school was the most addicting ever!)

-You always wanted to send in a tape to America's Funniest Home Videos... but never taped anything funny.

-All your school supplies were "Lisa Frank" brand.(pencils.notebooks.binders.etc.) (I still have my Lisa Frank stuff...I loved it.)

-You've gotten creeped out by "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" (Man..this show scared me when I was little. Especially the episode when blood came up the drain..haha)

-You know the Macarena by heart.

-"Talk to the hand" ... enough said.

-You always said, "Then why don't you marry it!"

-You played with pogs!=)

Special Entry

Why is this blog entry so special? Well, because it's Buddy Foote's Blog v.2's 400th blog entry! The blog will be two years old come July 24, so we have accomplished at least 400 entries in less than a two year period of time. Yes, the blog has had long periods of inactivity and the fact that we have five blog authors also contributed to the mass boom of entries, but do you know what I have to say? "We need to do better." Starting this summer, as I stated in the blog entry before 'Aeron and Foote #1', I have composed a to-do list that us here at BFBv.2 need to carry out. I just hope that the blog writers here, including myself, have the utmost motivation to post as much as possible. However, quality over quantity, so one large entry twice a week may equal five entries created throughout the week. As far as I know, Joey and Jenifer may be the only "handicapped" writers, as they either don't have access to the internet or the website. Caitlin, Chase, and I have no excuses, unless, of course, a negative situation comes about.

Just to refresh your memory, a new feature at BFBv.2 is going to come out. Well, not as any interactive activity that you can carry out (however, I am going to be making a crossword at least once a week, and I'm always on the lookout for new additions) but instead a feature that will be included in the author 's blog entries. The feature is known as a follow-up entry. What occurs is that if an author is interested in writing such an entry, they can go throughout the blog, pick at any entry that they want, and write anything about it -- with a link provided to the original entry of course. The author can write what the think about the entry, review it, be critical of it, destroy it in every way, shape, and form, or just write a follow-up of it, meaning that you relate the topic of the entry to yourself in the current time period. People change, and so do opinions.

Why is this entry feature interesting. First, it brings back old and forgotten entries that need to be reborn. Second, it creates a modern day interpretation of the entry. For example, I remember back in the day, I was ranting about the whole Hot Coffee controversy that has been going on. I was angered over the events that took place over a bunch of pixels doing natural things in a video game, but in today's world, I may feel differently. Maybe I feel now that the actions were appropriate and it was right for the "higher powers" to put stricter limits on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Maybe I feel the same way. You may have to wait until I do a follow-up on that entry until you get an answer from me though. And third, it may aid in grabbing more readers of the blog. If a random viewer pops up and sees something known as a follow-up entry, read it, and then see the link at the bottom linking to the original post, they'll probably want to look into it further and see what made the original so good, bad, or just ugly.

We may also be seeing a new layout. Does black and silver mix well?

I'm at school now in my last computer class, doing nothing at all. If the school computers blocked Blogger, I would probably be sitting here falling asleep reading Wikipedia articles or the book my friend let be borrow, "Fight Club". So that also makes this entry special. One of the last days of school and an entry being composed on it. Gah, I just wish summer came already. I only have one more final, and I'm not coming to school tomorrow as I have no finals.

I'm dead tired now, so have a good one.

Aeron and Foote #1

Are you ready to read an intelligent, and may I add pretty lengthy, conversation between the smart individuals of Aeron and Buddy Foote? Well, then get prepared to venture on such an adventure.

With Aeron's permission, of course, he is enabling me to put up some of our best live conversations, which, for me, are saved in the AIM logger. The conversation that I'm putting up today is from yesterday, June 2, and I was going to make this entry yesterday but after going to the worst carnival in the world at my school, I was brainwashed and forgot all about it. In this conversation, we talk about Runescape, Runescape, Runescape, and World of Warcraft. Yep, I bet you didn't expect that MMORPG topic to pop up.

Buddy Foote (10:21:43 AM):Hello
Aeron43 (10:22:14 AM):Ello' : )
Buddy Foote (10:24:25 AM):This month in Runescape looks pretty good, eh?
Aeron43 (10:24:26 AM):new bow and such? yea sounds interesting.. Im wondering whether i should level up hunter in time and sell as many of those new dragon items as possible lol the prices would be pretty unstaible to start with
Buddy Foote (10:26:42 AM):How much are rune arrows? 400-500 each? Just imagine what the stable price of dragon arrows would be
Buddy Foote (10:27:32 AM):It should be the major money making for hunter, however you never know. It may take a lot of effort for only ten arrows.
Aeron43 (10:26:16 AM):Hmmm good point =/
Buddy Foote (10:28:06 AM):Plus you have the competition, and I bet everybody is trying to get 83 hunter now
Buddy Foote (10:28:26 AM):There goes my hunter rank -_-
Aeron43 (10:27:12 AM):well it's only 12 levels.. and hunters pretty fast.
Buddy Foote (10:29:18 AM):But you have those asses who come and set up traps right next to yours
Aeron43 (10:27:52 AM):Lol I might stick to falconry ; )
Buddy Foote (10:29:43 AM):That's actually a good idea
Buddy Foote (10:30:23 AM):At least rangers may not complain anymore. xD
Aeron43 (10:29:10 AM):But it will take a while since i have a test comming up monday, and other tests later in the week.. plus im ranked 10,000th in hunter and im 71 so theres alot of people who may be 83
Aeron43 (10:29:52 AM):And im sure rangers will find something to complain about =P
Buddy Foote (10:31:54 AM):I'm 26,051 in hunter and I'm 64
Aeron43 (10:31:12 AM):Actually i think rangers are quite powerful as they are... at 99 range and 99 defence with black dhide and torags helm and maybe skirt
Buddy Foote (10:34:02 AM):I just think Jagex is releasing the new range gear to appeal to the whining kids so that they can resume to take our money. :P
Aeron43 (10:32:37 AM):Amen :)
Buddy Foote (10:34:35 AM):Also, is Jagex running out of new ideas? Since when did they take our votes and suggestions?
Aeron43 (10:33:18 AM):Im standing next to a level 30 in full dragon and trimmed fishing cape 0_0
Buddy Foote (10:35:14 AM):Now that's amazing. Take a picture
Aeron43 (10:33:49 AM):Lemme find her lol
Buddy Foote (10:35:59 AM):That's a full dragon skiller. xD
Aeron43 (10:34:41 AM):=) I cant find her! =O
Buddy Foote (10:36:24 AM):=(
Aeron43 (10:35:01 AM):found her
Buddy Foote (10:36:48 AM):I think a bug bit me on the edge of my ring finger while I was sleeping -_-
Buddy Foote (10:37:02 AM):It hurts so bad
Aeron43 (10:35:25 AM):Okay, got the print screen
Aeron43 (10:35:33 AM):where shall i put it lol
Buddy Foote (10:37:26 AM):Paste it in MSPaint, upload to Imageshack.us
Buddy Foote (10:38:01 AM):I'm actually thinking that I may play WoW
Aeron43 (10:36:52 AM):Really?
Buddy Foote (10:39:17 AM):Yes. I'm having a hard time finding a thrill in Runescape. Well, besides reporting autoers. But still, Jagex gave me no recongition. Oh, by the way. I had three lucky events this week.
Aeron43 (10:38:03 AM):Oooh tell me the events lol
And is your computer good enough to handle WOW?

Buddy Foote (10:40:15 AM):Probably not. Hell, the signed Java applet for Runescape doesn't even work anymore. :P
Buddy Foote (10:40:37 AM):As for the events...
Aeron43 (10:40:04 AM):http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/7386/skillervz6.png
Buddy Foote (10:41:43 AM):1) I logged in on f2p one day at school during English class to find that some level 122 was having a drop party. Followed, he dropped, and I got rune helm, rune platebody, and two rune legs. I clicked on Guthix helm and platebody, but others got those.
Aeron43 (10:40:51 AM):Ooh nice =P shame about the guthix but free stuff is always a nice treat
Buddy Foote (10:42:49 AM):Wow, that girl is pimped up. xD
Aeron43 (10:41:48 AM):she's also 95 woodcutting lol
Aeron43 (10:41:57 AM):and 99 cooking
Buddy Foote (10:45:28 AM):2) I had a strange feeling to go to the Fishing Guild to go fishing when I logged in after school. I go to World 88 as it's the recommended member world and I start to fish lobsters when I notice there's a lot of high levels and such there. Then this guy logged in and he was level 126 and had full third age armour and he just looked amazing. I didn't really look at his name at first, but I looked again and said, "Holy shit, it's a Jagex mod!" It was Mod Howes with about three player moderators with him. They were after autoers.
Aeron43 (10:46:26 AM):Lol ooooh =P ive only ever seen Mod matt, he was in an unreachable area near catherby fishing spot on an island
Aeron43 (10:46:58 AM):Actually. i remember a ladder being there _ I just don't know how to get there..
Buddy Foote (10:48:54 AM):It's reachable. xD Through the Taverly Dungeon
Buddy Foote (10:49:09 AM):At the far end of it
Aeron43 (10:48:14 AM):=P oh. lol well i wouldn't know
Aeron43 (10:48:24 AM):anyway 3rd thing that happend to you?
Buddy Foote (10:50:03 AM):Runescape keeps on flashing when I play it on my laptop. :|
Buddy Foote (10:51:07 AM):3) I was playing last night in f2p, acting like I was a mute, when some guy thought I was cool and funny. He was a member but lost it. He gave me 1.9k willow logs for free. =D
Aeron43 (10:50:07 AM):=0 =) See there is some nice people out there lol
Buddy Foote (10:52:05 AM):=D
Buddy Foote (10:52:23 AM):They're rare though
Aeron43 (10:51:02 AM):Very : (
Buddy Foote (10:52:44 AM):I think what Runescape needs is an in-game trading card game. xD
Aeron43 (10:51:36 AM):That goes in burthorpe games room
Aeron43 (10:51:41 AM):Or however you spell it
Buddy Foote (10:53:30 AM):Heck, it would make that area popular again
Buddy Foote (10:54:01 AM):But people would complain that it was childish or something
Aeron43 (10:53:16 AM):there will be complainers no matter what happens..
Buddy Foote (10:55:30 AM):It's natural I guess. Somebody could be happy with an update but rant just to do it.
Buddy Foote (10:56:02 AM):I mean, I was on the Runescape forums and people were ranting about Party Pete's party hat
Aeron43 (10:55:28 AM):Ha ha! Wow...thats all i can say
Buddy Foote (10:57:09 AM):Note: If you ever see a user with the beginning of their name snps at the Fishing Guild, they're autoers
Buddy Foote (10:58:03 AM):Gah, I need to get my cooking gaulnets back to cook these shark
Aeron43 (10:56:55 AM):How many sharks did you fish?
Buddy Foote (10:58:43 AM):Probably less than fifty so far
Buddy Foote (10:59:01 AM):I caught 23 yesterday and then stopped. I think I logged off.
Buddy Foote (11:00:25 AM):Did you ever look into WoW?
Buddy Foote (11:00:54 AM):-exactly 50 sharks by the way-
Aeron43 (10:59:28 AM):Not really no... =/
Buddy Foote (11:01:18 AM):I watched a friend play it.
Buddy Foote (11:01:39 AM):She's a level 70 night elf
Aeron43 (11:00:17 AM):isnt that the max?
Buddy Foote (11:01:59 AM):Yes
Aeron43 (11:00:29 AM):and how was it?
Buddy Foote (11:02:11 AM):If you have the Burning Crusades expansion
Buddy Foote (11:02:25 AM):It looks very good.
Buddy Foote (11:03:23 AM):The thing about WoW is that it's complicated to play at first, and there seems to be no censoring, so I doubt many immature people play
Aeron43 (11:02:25 AM):Dont you talk with the mic on that though?
Buddy Foote (11:04:07 AM):No
Buddy Foote (11:04:36 AM):This guy is spamming the chat screen saying 'd med'
Aeron43 (11:03:14 AM):comes under rule 1
Aeron43 (11:03:20 AM):so report for that
Buddy Foote (11:05:02 AM):He stopped though
Buddy Foote (11:05:08 AM):Nevermind
Buddy Foote (11:05:41 AM):He's going crazy with dots now
Buddy Foote (11:05:56 AM):Level 88 too in full torags. Shame.
Buddy Foote (11:07:10 AM):I want to create a MMORPG where you use the mic,and you interact with NPCs through speaking, as if they were human. However, if that were the case, computers would take over as they would have the power of a human brain.
Aeron43 (11:06:02 AM):You can use A mic in WOW
Buddy Foote (11:07:59 AM):38299999, sound like an autoer?
Aeron43 (11:06:23 AM):People use it on channels for runescape to
Buddy Foote (11:08:09 AM):Hm?
Aeron43 (11:06:47 AM):for clan wars im guessing =/
Buddy Foote (11:08:37 AM):Oh yea, for channels
Buddy Foote (11:08:56 AM):I was watching a movie on YouTube and a guy was using a mic, but only for a raid
Buddy Foote (11:09:20 AM):This guy's spamming is getting annoying
Aeron43 (11:07:59 AM):Lol was it Leeroy jenkins
Buddy Foote (11:09:46 AM):Hm?
Aeron43 (11:08:09 AM):that WOW guy people think is famous
Buddy Foote (11:10:01 AM):No, I don't think so
Aeron43 (11:08:25 AM):Lol nvm
Aeron43 (11:08:36 AM):It'll only confuse you =P
Buddy Foote (11:10:44 AM):Autoer died. :P free lobsters
Aeron43 (11:09:22 AM):Im at the fishing guild to =0
Buddy Foote (11:11:05 AM):=O
Buddy Foote (11:11:18 AM):Come to my world. I'm lonely
Aeron43 (11:09:52 AM):I noticed it was only 666 lobsters to 78, so i decided to go for it
Buddy Foote (11:11:46 AM):I'm after sharks for slayer
Aeron43 (11:11:25 AM):I'll come to your world =] If i go quiet, im probably reading something on the web Lol =)
Buddy Foote (11:13:12 AM):Same
Buddy Foote (11:13:38 AM):I'm going on the WoW forums
Aeron43 signed off at 11:25:34 AM
Aeron43 signed on at 11:25:47 AM
Buddy Foote (11:26:59 AM):I always think, what happens if Runescape grows to the point where you need level 80 in a skill in order to even be on the high scores. And I mean 80 in that skill.
Aeron43 (11:25:43 AM):Logging back on now
And they'll increase the number of people on the highscores

Buddy Foote (11:28:42 AM):But remember when they increased it to one million way back when and people complained that it was no longer an honor to be on the high scores? I think we should trash the high scores and just have an overall skill look-up that every person is on
Buddy Foote (11:29:14 AM):But I doubt that will happen since that new Lunar spell came out...
Aeron43 (11:28:34 AM):But people who have all 99's only work to get number 1 on highscores.. take it away and they dont have that goal
Buddy Foote (11:30:56 AM):Well, maybe have both?
Aeron43 (11:30:58 AM):Pirate
Aeron43 (11:31:06 AM):Look at rs
Buddy Foote (11:32:56 AM):Haha, thanks
Aeron43 (11:31:25 AM):=]
Buddy Foote (11:34:23 AM):There's some problem on Wow. Some kid made a death wish to be granted some stuff before he died and was given a lot plus something that's not even released in the game, and his father shares the account with him. So if the kid dies the father gets the stuff. And everybody is making a big deal about it.
Buddy Foote (11:34:57 AM):I think it's a phoneix mount
Aeron43 (11:33:24 AM):My death wish would be to live... seems like a better idea
Aeron43 (11:33:37 AM):Lol but anyway, yeah i cant see runescape EVER doing that
Aeron43 (11:33:58 AM):they didnt give back items lost in the massacre at fally..
Buddy Foote (11:35:37 AM):Haha, yes. And I doubt that the father would be overjoyed playing his son's old account after he passes away
Buddy Foote (11:36:15 AM):Plus account sharing is against the rules in Runescape, whereas on WoW you can share an account with a minor in the family
Aeron43 (11:34:41 AM):Cant he sell the item?
Buddy Foote (11:36:43 AM):Maybe
Aeron43 (11:35:21 AM):And how did they know he wasnt lieing..
Buddy Foote (11:37:14 AM):Probably had something legitimate
Buddy Foote (11:37:24 AM):Medical records mailed in?
Buddy Foote (11:37:51 AM):The kid had cancer? But hey, look at poor old TheOldNite
Buddy Foote (11:38:08 AM):God, I forgot his name...was that it?
Aeron43 (11:36:40 AM):=( I know. And i dont know his RL name..
Buddy Foote (11:38:27 AM):No, his screen name
Aeron43 (11:36:59 AM):theoldnight
Aeron43 (11:37:01 AM):?
Aeron43 (11:37:16 AM):I think that was his screen name
Buddy Foote (11:39:21 AM):It's been a long time. =(
Buddy Foote (11:40:17 AM):Jagex should have made a memorial to him and placed it in a cemetory. I would prefer the cemetory south of Rimmington/Port Sarim
Aeron43 (11:39:12 AM):But in time other famous players will come and go... and the place will be full of them.. =/
Buddy Foote (11:41:05 AM):Yes but they may retire and quit, not die
Aeron43 (11:39:27 AM):He left his mark anyway, everyone knows him for being good and decent
Aeron43 (11:41:19 AM):Players would die all the time =/ It's not fair to favour one over the others and build a memorial.. the reason people rembered theoldnight is for the reason above which is why he was loved
Buddy Foote (11:43:50 AM):He was respectable too
Buddy Foote (11:44:19 AM):He never shrugged off anybody, as far as I know
Aeron43 (11:42:50 AM):=] I wasnt even aware of him when i started playing.. literally.. i was way into playing this before i even knew about him and then it was to late
Aeron43 (11:42:56 AM):was he around when we were playing?
Buddy Foote (11:44:56 AM):Yes, he was around since RSC and I believe died around October last year?
Aeron43 (11:43:21 AM):Was he ahead of zezima ??
Buddy Foote (11:45:04 AM):No
Buddy Foote (11:45:19 AM):The only person to ever pass Zezima was N0valyfe
Aeron43 (11:44:44 AM):Yes, but N0valyfe was playing 2 years when he passed zezima, zezima played 5... so zezima had 3 years more experience than n0va and n0va passed him 0_0
Aeron43 (11:45:07 AM):I hate to say it but that really is no lifing.. lol and N0va admitted it himself
Aeron43 (11:45:26 AM):So he quit to persue other things =]
Buddy Foote (11:47:31 AM):Yes, which is extremely healthy
Aeron43 (11:46:03 AM):what? Quitting?
Buddy Foote (11:48:02 AM):Well, not sitting in front of the computer for hours for two years straight. :P
Aeron43 (11:46:48 AM):Ha. yeah i agree, I could never do that, I like sleep to much =P
Buddy Foote (11:48:39 AM):And an education
Aeron43 (11:47:25 AM):Lol and a life overall really..
Buddy Foote (11:49:17 AM):Yes. Being social is good
Aeron43 (11:48:37 AM):*He says as he catches another shark =P
Buddy Foote (11:50:42 AM):Hey, I'm going to the carnival tonight with friends. xD
Aeron43 (11:49:54 AM):The carnival being falador centre, the friends a bunch of guards
Aeron43 (11:50:03 AM):Lol nah im just kidding, hope you have fun
Buddy Foote (11:51:54 AM)::P I hope so too
Buddy Foote (11:52:46 AM):I like the way WoW does their user look-up
Aeron43 (11:51:21 AM):What's it like?
Buddy Foote (11:53:05 AM):http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com/#character-sheet.xml?r=Norgannon&n=Ephoenix
Buddy Foote (11:53:19 AM):That's the kid who is dying
Buddy Foote (11:53:45 AM):It has other tabs to visit on the top
Aeron43 (11:52:18 AM):were is he?
Buddy Foote (11:54:14 AM):No, that's his account
Aeron43 (11:52:50 AM):I dont see anything...
Buddy Foote (11:54:34 AM):Really?
Aeron43 (11:53:06 AM):really whats he called ill search him
Buddy Foote (11:54:59 AM):Ephoenix
Aeron43 (11:53:53 AM):the level 70?
Buddy Foote (11:55:35 AM):Yes
Aeron43 (11:53:57 AM):or 23?
Buddy Foote (11:55:39 AM):70
Buddy Foote (11:55:53 AM):There's two?
Aeron43 (11:54:30 AM):yeah seems he has 2 accounts one in each faction
Aeron43 (11:55:15 AM):Whos the Zezima of the WOW world then? Hehe
Buddy Foote (11:57:04 AM):hehe, not sure
Buddy Foote (11:57:34 AM):With WoW though, it doesn't seem that you can have an ultimate character, as each race as their own unique skills
Aeron43 (11:56:06 AM):which item has he got which hasn't been released? And isnt there rules on it? because he could just use it to beat everyone else in combat
Buddy Foote (11:57:58 AM):It's a phoenix mount
Aeron43 (11:56:27 AM):whats that
Buddy Foote (11:58:23 AM):A mount is something that you ride. I think there's combat mounts and just normal mounts
Buddy Foote (11:58:48 AM):For example, a horse
Aeron43 (11:57:26 AM):So he's the only person in the entire game who can ride a pheonix?
Buddy Foote (11:59:35 AM):So far
Buddy Foote (11:59:49 AM):It may be released later
Buddy Foote (11:59:53 AM):But as of now, yes
Aeron43 (11:58:55 AM):ooh wow, I see the forum, there all complaining about it
Buddy Foote (12:01:30 PM):Sad really, that people can lower themselves to that low of character over a sick and dying boy who was given something in a GAME
Buddy Foote (12:02:23 PM):If some random level three who just started playing was given full third age armour, full dragon, and every rare in the game by Jagex, I would not give a damn.
Buddy Foote (12:02:45 PM):Note: they made the member items f2p for him
Aeron43 (12:01:45 PM):they as in blizzard?
Buddy Foote (12:03:32 PM):No, Jagex
Aeron43 (12:02:05 PM):Oh you were reffering to your example? Lol
Buddy Foote (12:03:48 PM):Haha, yes
Aeron43 (12:02:12 PM):Yea i wouldn't really care
Buddy Foote (12:04:20 PM):Or even gave somebody a new level 80 armour that won't be released for a year
Aeron43 (12:02:45 PM):=/ wow.. theres some really bad posts by people about this
Aeron43 (12:03:43 PM):"Can I have your watch when you are dead? "
"Stupid cancer kid needs to die already. "

There probably the kind of people who play 24/7 and are jelous because he's been givin what they work for.. they obviously cant understand he's dying and just wanted some fun with his dad =S its terrible

Buddy Foote (12:06:05 PM):I take back that immature thing I said earlier. The WoW community seems to be as bad or worse than Runescape
Aeron43 (12:04:54 PM):Yeah im suprised they can say things like that 0_0
Buddy Foote (12:07:00 PM):Sort of makes me happy that Jagex is a bit strict on the rules
Buddy Foote (12:08:13 PM):That just angers me
Aeron43 (12:07:05 PM):The cancer apparantly isnt terminal.. so he might be ok
Aeron43 (12:07:24 PM):Poster Could have made it up though so.
Buddy Foote (12:09:20 PM):Probably. How would they know?
Buddy Foote (12:09:44 PM):That's like when people on Runescape were fighting over what cancer theoldnight died from
Buddy Foote (12:10:58 PM):I see you over there fishing with that autoer. :P
Aeron43 (12:09:35 PM):=P
Buddy Foote (12:11:37 PM):I personally think Jagex needs to update human models
Aeron43 (12:10:21 PM):But it could go badly wrong =( And look like a bad cartoon lol
Buddy Foote (12:12:25 PM):Maybe have a guarenteed poll where they display three or four pictures of different models and have us select the one?
Buddy Foote (12:13:01 PM):Or have the option 'keep original'
Aeron43 (12:11:37 PM):that kid didnt wish for items, he wanted a tour of the studios.. they gave him the items. They should stop flamming him =(
Aeron43 (12:11:43 PM):And i agree with your idea =P
Buddy Foote (12:13:33 PM):Really?
Buddy Foote (12:13:59 PM):That makes me even more mad
Buddy Foote (12:14:21 PM):Wow, the first strange plant random I just received in a looong time
Buddy Foote (12:15:53 PM):Runescape would be awesome if we could have wars in the ocean part of the wilderness with pirate ships
Aeron43 (12:14:42 PM):=P Seen piratesof the carribean have we?
Buddy Foote (12:16:37 PM):And you would have random monsters attacking you like krakens, giant squids, etc.
Buddy Foote (12:16:38 PM):Yes
Aeron43 (12:15:18 PM):Lol, A kraken .. is pretty much a giant squid
Aeron43 (12:15:29 PM):and yeah good film :)
Buddy Foote (12:17:22 PM):It would be a class of it. For example, the kalphite queen isn't equal to a kalphite worker
Aeron43 signed off at 12:17:42 PM
Aeron43 signed on at 12:18:43 PM
Aeron43 (12:17:15 PM):Aol messed up a bit there
Buddy Foote (12:19:17 PM):=(
Buddy Foote (12:19:19 PM):Get my message?
Buddy Foote (12:20:26 PM):It appears that this kid did go to the studios
Aeron43 (12:19:44 PM):Yep , he designed his own weapon, quest, did the voice over for the character, added his dog into the quest, got his character moved to level 70, best items and loads of gold equiped
Buddy Foote (12:21:36 PM):And the mount
Aeron43 (12:20:07 PM):And that lol

Buddy Foote (12:21:58 PM):I sent this before you logged off
Buddy Foote (12:21:59 PM):Buddy Foote (12:17:22 PM): It would be a class of it. For example, the kalphite queen isn't equal to a kalphite worker
Aeron43 (12:20:53 PM):Is that regarding my Kraken statement
Buddy Foote (12:22:38 PM):Yes
Aeron43 (12:21:23 PM):Lol oh right, well in that quest.. erm.. swan song? Theres a tentacled beast in it
Buddy Foote (12:23:14 PM):True
Buddy Foote (12:26:10 PM):I have an idea
Aeron43 (12:24:56 PM):Okay.. which is..?
Buddy Foote (12:27:16 PM):I'm going to go through the suggestion forum on Runescape and we can pick at some random suggestions, commenting them
Aeron43 (12:26:24 PM):Okay =)
Buddy Foote (12:29:02 PM):Okay, this guy recommends a teleport anywhere spell that does have some limitations, and you need the following requirements:
Buddy Foote (12:29:05 PM):"- level 99 magic
- mage skillcape
- 15 bloods
- 10 laws
- 15 natures
- 10 souls
- 10 airs "

Buddy Foote (12:29:25 PM):What do you think?
Aeron43 (12:28:17 PM):how would that work..
Aeron43 (12:28:33 PM):A small map come up and you click where you want to tele to?
Buddy Foote (12:30:27 PM):Exactly what he has
Buddy Foote (12:30:46 PM):"OK, i've had some thoughts voiced. and they're saying that this kind of teleport would be bad. to remedy this i propose a fix.

ok, rune altars are off limits to your magical abilities, if you try to teleport to them or close to them, it will say that "a magical force seems to push you away...".

you cannot teleport over water, or if you are a free-player, you cannot teleport to any members areas.

Finally, you cannot teleport to any underground caves or caverens. "

Aeron43 (12:30:10 PM):Hmmm.. Well for 99 magic you deserve something good for raising it.. there isnt many.. if not any 99 spells so something like this would be nice
Buddy Foote (12:32:40 PM):I would rather a spell where you can teleport anywhere in a city that you can already teleport to. For example, for Ardounge, you can teleport anywhere in East Ardounge.
Buddy Foote (12:33:21 PM):Jagex would never just let you teleport anywhere. I could see an inner city limitation seem more reasonable
Aeron43 (12:32:39 PM):Yeah i guess so seems reasonable
Buddy Foote (12:34:22 PM):However, it does require a sacrifice of inventory space for the amount of runes
Buddy Foote (12:34:41 PM):as well as max magic
Buddy Foote (12:35:11 PM):It's not saying that you can easily teleport to the yew trees behind Varrock Castle and then inside the bank
Buddy Foote (12:35:52 PM):What I think is funny is this statement: "or if you are a free-player, you cannot teleport to any members areas. "
Aeron43 (12:34:22 PM):well.. think about it.. would you want to waste those runes to teleport to yew trees behind varrock castle.. when you can use standard varrock tele and simply run there in a few seconds?
Buddy Foote (12:36:13 PM):Bloods and souls are member only
Buddy Foote (12:36:27 PM):As well as a mage skill cape
Buddy Foote (12:36:58 PM):Some guy with a few millions would. :P
Aeron43 (12:35:22 PM):yes but it seems pointless to waste the runes when you can easily tele to a city and run in a few seconds to your destination
Aeron43 (12:35:28 PM):unless you were rich yeah
Buddy Foote (12:37:54 PM):Maybe a teleother to any point in the city?
Aeron43 (12:36:40 PM):well.. isnt that the same? lol
Aeron43 (12:36:48 PM):still seems pointless
Buddy Foote (12:38:33 PM):Yes but maybe you can charge for it
Aeron43 (12:36:57 PM):Id like something real useful for 99 magic
Buddy Foote (12:38:49 PM):Such as an offensive spell?
Buddy Foote (12:39:20 PM):I think a spell that lets you be immune to dragon breath for five minutes would be nice
Aeron43 (12:37:44 PM):No.. theres to many of them... hmm maybe a stat booster.. a spell that puts your def up a few levels.. since there robes are pretty bad armour
Aeron43 (12:38:00 PM):yeah or a dragonbreath spell, poison spell, etc
Buddy Foote (12:39:54 PM):I think there is a posion spell for Lunar, or is that cure posion?
Buddy Foote (12:40:25 PM):Transformation spells would be cool
Buddy Foote (12:41:00 PM):Think of monkey greegrees but you can do it anywhere
Aeron43 (12:39:27 PM):yeah there is a lunar spelll for poison i think
Buddy Foote (12:41:30 PM):I'll brb in a few. I'm starving
Aeron43 (12:40:08 PM):Okay
Buddy Foote (12:41:53 PM):Maybe look for a suggestion while I'm gone? :P
Buddy Foote (12:42:06 PM):brb
Aeron43 (12:41:47 PM):I would but runescape isnt loading =S
Aeron43 (12:46:15 PM):recently i noticed that the game actually starts before you click the "click to play" button. examples where this occurs are the automatic quest cape remove and yourself being attacked by a monster or a player.

this behaviour has a bad side action. the important status information (last ip, last securtiy question change, bank pin settings) is hidden immediately. the last ip can never be seen again and is one of the most important indicator to know if your account has been hacked.

Aeron43 (12:46:23 PM):###suggestions###
1. never let the game start before you click the "click to play" button

2. create a page where you can access the ips that have been logged in the last 7 days
###

Buddy Foote (12:52:16 PM):Is that a copy and paste?
Aeron43 (12:50:43 PM):Yep
Buddy Foote (12:52:50 PM):Um...what 'click to play' button?
Aeron43 (12:51:27 PM):When you first log on
Aeron43 (12:51:31 PM):the big red button
Buddy Foote (12:53:20 PM):Oh!
Aeron43 (12:51:43 PM):Log onto runescape and see
Buddy Foote (12:53:37 PM):I know what you mean, and I support that suggestion
Aeron43 (12:52:10 PM):when you click it your last I.P log on information is lost
Aeron43 (12:52:18 PM):which is vital when your hacked
Buddy Foote (12:54:18 PM):Sometimes I lag on that screen and I'm in the game, thus I'm wide open to attacks
Aeron43 (12:53:37 PM):Zezima is 18mill xp away from 1 000 000 000 total xp ! =0
Buddy Foote (12:55:25 PM):=O
Buddy Foote (12:55:49 PM):This is just beautiful. I can't log in anywhere on the site
Aeron43 (12:54:24 PM):I bet he'll have a party or something
Buddy Foote (12:56:09 PM):Because the new log in is all Java and the signed applet of Java won't work
Buddy Foote (12:56:26 PM):Nevermind
Aeron43 (12:54:49 PM):1 000 000 000 will bearly fit on the page :P
Buddy Foote (12:56:40 PM):I see that 'click here if you see a white box'
Aeron43 (12:55:16 PM):=( Is it playing up again?
Buddy Foote (12:57:30 PM):The actual Runescape game is fine, but I meant when you click on 'messages from Jagex' or something
Aeron43 (12:56:07 PM):Oooh i see, =/ That's strange
Buddy Foote (12:58:17 PM):I don't understand why it's like that. :|
Buddy Foote (12:58:37 PM):If I'm not a p mod by July, I may go WoW
Aeron43 (12:57:16 PM):=/ Brb dinner/ supper/ whatever you call it
And noooo! dont go to the dark side! Lol

Buddy Foote (12:59:08 PM)::P
Aeron43 (1:12:07 PM):Back,
Aeron43 (1:12:20 PM):Isnt WOW more money to play than rs?

Aeron43 (4:19:59 PM):Heyy what are you up to? Im so boredd =/
Buddy Foote (4:29:38 PM):Hello
Buddy Foote (4:29:58 PM)::P Sorry, Craig came over and we went swimming
Aeron43 (4:28:36 PM):Oh.. Lol it's alright =]
Buddy Foote (4:30:32 PM):Yes, WoW costs about 13 dollars in America
Buddy Foote (4:30:51 PM):Compared to the 5 dollars of Runescape
Aeron43 (4:31:36 PM):mmm, Well you also need to buy the CD
Buddy Foote (4:33:28 PM):And the expansion
Buddy Foote (4:35:20 PM):I wish I could renew my interest in Runescape
Aeron43 (4:35:30 PM):Hmmm, We'll find a way : )
Buddy Foote (4:37:14 PM)::P
Buddy Foote (4:44:09 PM):Do you think the dark bow will be good?
Aeron43 (4:44:30 PM):I expect so, better than the magic short bow, plus it can use dragon arrows.. wait. didn't jagex say they were making crossbows better to this month?? There really trying to improve range eh? Lol
Buddy Foote (4:46:21 PM):Yes
Buddy Foote (4:46:36 PM):Make have it a 25 special? :P
Buddy Foote (4:46:43 PM):*maybe
Aeron43 (4:45:48 PM):25 ?
Buddy Foote (4:47:49 PM):25-25-25-25 besides 60-40 on the special bar
Aeron43 (4:46:29 PM):Oh right, erm.. well if it's going to be powerful i'd say 50 50
Buddy Foote (4:48:30 PM):But look at the dds. It can hit a 60 if it wanted to
Buddy Foote (4:48:40 PM):And you would still have 75% left
Aeron43 (4:47:26 PM):Yeah but it's tough to hit 2 30's with it..
Buddy Foote (4:49:45 PM):True. Plus I heard this wild rumor that the dark bow only uses dragon arrows?
Aeron43 (4:49:21 PM):Hmm i doubt it.. thinking about how much dragon arrows will cost =/ Only the rich will use it.. meaning even more complaints from everyone else
Buddy Foote (4:51:25 PM):Er...can't smith/fletch them either
Buddy Foote (4:52:14 PM):We need an update for fletching. :|
Aeron43 (4:51:35 PM):But that would mean you need to be able to smith dragon arrow tips.. which would mean a new metal.. and new mining rocks...and more monsters to drop, or existing monsters...which would get more crowded... which would ruin some prices
Buddy Foote (4:54:44 PM):Well, for fletching, we just need a new tree and new bows to make (level 55 bow?)
Aeron43 (4:54:07 PM):A new bow which needs 55 fletch to make? High levelled fletchers would complain.. see lol theres no winning... =/ I like that you need hunting to get these arrows though.. it makes the skill more popular and useful
Buddy Foote (4:55:49 PM):Can't really release any new metals either, unless it's a weak metal. Smithing is ruined when it comes to expanding it
Buddy Foote (4:56:23 PM):You know what?
Aeron43 (4:54:52 PM):what?
Buddy Foote (4:57:05 PM):They *could* expand it *if* something dropped dragon arrow tips or dragon arrow heads
Buddy Foote (4:57:17 PM):*dragon dart tips
Aeron43 (4:57:33 PM):I know a way to possibly get you playing runescape more.. i was reading runescape community and theres threads about people racing each other to a certain level in a certain skill.. think about it you have competition, you have a reason to want to play
Buddy Foote (5:00:44 PM):But then it would turn into a chore. Without a doubt, I actually hate competition, thus why I rather do skills like fishing or woodcutting than hunter, combat, etc.
Aeron43 (4:59:44 PM):Lol but it's against a friend, a bit of competiton, even in a skill like fishing can make you want to play
Buddy Foote (5:01:55 PM):Well, Craig and I may be fishing together a lot
Buddy Foote (5:02:14 PM):Can't say why as this is going to be our first published convo. =)
Aeron43 (5:01:00 PM):Huh?
Buddy Foote (5:02:51 PM):On the blog
Aeron43 (5:01:34 PM):So why cant you mention why you and craig will be fishing? It isn't really personal lol..
Buddy Foote (5:03:24 PM):But it's a secret
Buddy Foote (5:03:37 PM):Competition of sorts
Aeron43 (5:02:17 PM):*Confused*
Buddy Foote (5:04:15 PM):I'll tell you in private chat someday
Aeron43 (5:03:16 PM):were in private chat now.. Lol all you have to do is delete the scentence when its published =) I really cant see why you cant say the reason though 0_0 cant be that bad..
Buddy Foote (5:05:20 PM):It's not bad
Buddy Foote (5:05:37 PM):Just that if the person reads it and finds out about it
Aeron43 (5:04:21 PM):yeah.. Craig will be mad??... how? =/
Buddy Foote (5:06:08 PM):Log onto RS
Aeron43 (5:04:53 PM):One sec
Buddy Foote (5:08:03 PM):My RS screen keeps on flashing. It's so annoying. Should I reinstall Java?
Aeron43 (5:07:02 PM):How many times have you reinstalled Java lol =/ seems like alot
Buddy Foote (5:08:56 PM):I didn't since the last time RS broke.
Buddy Foote (5:14:21 PM):I bet meleers will be complaining that they didn't get a good weapon since the whip -_-
Aeron43 (5:12:47 PM):Hmm, i may go back to trying for 99 strength.. 89 before i stopped I enjoy it quite alot actually and im doing it without pest control at the moment
Buddy Foote (5:14:39 PM):How are you going to train it?
Buddy Foote (5:14:46 PM):I need to do combat
Buddy Foote (5:15:05 PM):I didn't do combat for a long period of time since December-January
Aeron43 (5:13:37 PM):Wanna know my little area? =P It gives good money to
Buddy Foote (5:15:28 PM):Willing to tell it to the public? :P
Aeron43 (5:15:55 PM):Well.. will it cause the area to become more busy? Lol =P
Buddy Foote (5:18:26 PM):Blog won't be popular for a long time, so you'll have nine more years of freedom there. xP
Aeron43 (5:17:15 PM):Ankou, they drop deaths and bloods ..Alot, guthans allows me to stay for a while but varrock bank is close
And the experience per hour isnt bad, pest control would be faster.. but you dont need to find good worlds plus the money makes up for it
Down side is it can be Quite busy later in the day i find

Buddy Foote (5:19:08 PM):If I was a Jagex mod if I became a programmar, then it would be a popular blog
Aeron43 (5:17:49 PM):sold over 10k deaths and ALOT of bloods from them, over 3mill in runes
Buddy Foote (5:19:34 PM):=O
Aeron43 (5:18:14 PM):nearly 1k mithril ores to
Buddy Foote (5:19:59 PM):I would keep the runes for magic
Buddy Foote (5:20:04 PM):Noted?
Aeron43 (5:18:27 PM):and tons of pure essence
Buddy Foote (5:20:16 PM):Nice. I'm digging it out already. :P
Buddy Foote (5:20:38 PM):I'm going to make a goal. To make money. :P
Aeron43 (5:19:12 PM):=) Lol your not exactly poor
Buddy Foote (5:21:08 PM):But I don't have enough for Guthans, plus repairs, plus have a lot of back-up
Buddy Foote (5:21:29 PM):If I sold my d axe, yea, but I love it
Aeron43 (5:20:01 PM):=0 my green mask went up!
Aeron43 (5:20:04 PM):Sorry random..
Buddy Foote (5:21:44 PM):Really?
Aeron43 (5:20:07 PM):lol
Buddy Foote (5:22:04 PM):Do they go up or down around Halloween?
Aeron43 (5:21:19 PM):Im not sure.. but they've been down for a while. they were due for a rise
Usually rares go down during there holiday season.. you'd think it'd go up

Aeron43 (5:21:57 PM):but the whole market is strange.. i dont usually dip into it but when i saw the mask go down i know it usually goes up to 20mill or so.. so i went for it
Buddy Foote (5:23:53 PM):Do you wear it a lot?
Aeron43 (5:23:13 PM):Sometimes, : ) but not when im doing a skill i like to browse other things on the net at the same time with.. one random event and there goes 17m or so down the drain
Buddy Foote (5:25:26 PM):True. :| Well, I'm going to go have summer. I'll hopefuly be right back
Buddy Foote (5:25:32 PM):*go have supper
Buddy Foote (5:25:37 PM):-_-
Buddy Foote (5:25:38 PM)::P
Aeron43 (5:24:07 PM):Lol yes i hear seasons are quite tasty
Buddy Foote (5:25:56 PM):Winter is my desert
Aeron43 (5:24:19 PM):I might go have some winter =P
Buddy Foote (5:26:03 PM)::P brb
Aeron43 (5:24:31 PM):Lol okay
Buddy Foote (5:37:10 PM):back
Aeron43 (5:35:47 PM):How was the summer? good?
Buddy Foote (5:37:31 PM):Very
Buddy Foote (5:37:43 PM):Time for fall xD
Aeron43 (5:36:59 PM):=P autumn
Buddy Foote (5:39:40 PM):What skills do you do in which you pay half attention to the game?
Aeron43 (5:38:48 PM):Fishing, woodcutting, combat
Buddy Foote (5:40:44 PM):I do it for smithing and mining too
Aeron43 (5:39:32 PM):Mining i cant.. constantly clicking iron rocks.
Buddy Foote (5:41:27 PM):Yea, for that you can't unless you knew the pattern
Aeron43 (5:39:53 PM):I do with all skills.. but woodcut, fishing combat etc. are the ones were i can effectivley
Buddy Foote (5:41:32 PM):Craig could with agility
Aeron43 (5:41:13 PM):Lol, that requires alot of clicking to =/
Buddy Foote (5:43:06 PM):I sometimes would doing runecrafting
Buddy Foote (5:47:44 PM):I'm surprised that dragon defenders never came out
Aeron43 (5:46:38 PM):Or barrows =]
Buddy Foote (5:49:09 PM):=D
Buddy Foote (5:49:27 PM):Maybe they'll be rewards for the 200th quest
Buddy Foote (5:50:48 PM):I think Jagex needs to concentrate on unused weapons having a new use
Buddy Foote (5:50:53 PM):or even armour
Aeron43 (5:51:12 PM):Yeah, who uses warhammers lol
Buddy Foote (5:53:43 PM):I remember when Caitlin first started playing, I gave her a bronze warhammer..
Aeron43 (5:52:35 PM):=P
